This location was great before I was coming to this location since 2019. I got no problem and everything was great from that time and I recommend my all friend and family to try this Texas Location but recently change everything. This is my second time I bought the Fam Fest for 17.99 dollars with 3 sides order the fries was old and the chicken was not cooked properly. I highly recommend all customers. Please check before you leave this location thanks waste of money.

Fries are cold! Beware of the wait time. Waited 30 mn for 6 spicy wings.

They are overpriced. They keep doing this because no one says anything. Everyone just go and buy and don’t say anything. They need to improve on their French fries quality. They need to stop dumping the fries upside down in the bag. Their chicken strips are so overprice and small. Have you notice they do not have a telephone number on your receipt? You can’t call in if your order is incorrect. They do not care about customers. I emailed them because my order was missing an item, the manager asked me to send a copy of the receipt, I did and that was it. No fixing of the issue, no apology, nothing. Shame on him.

I went to get chicken from them i got 4 for $5 the lady at the front was nice she took my order n then not sure it was owner or manager he started yelling at the lady who was working at the front. Bc the lady suggested a deal to the customer n then customer said no he will just go with whatever he wanted to get. N the manager started insulting the lady that you should not give offers to customer n always try to get more money than less one this n that. He didn’t even think there were some customers listening to all this but instead he chose to insult her rite in-front of customer that lady was so embarrassed. I felt really really bad for her. Whoever that guy was idc but at least you should learn some ethics. You should know how to talk to your female employees she is just a employee not your slave. N for that reason I’m never coming back to their store plus their chicken wasn’t fresh.

Came in once last week and once yesterday, a bit later during the night. Since it was this late on a Sunday I didn’t expect the food to taste that fresh. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. The manager was very nice and I could tell he’s trained his workers well. Will be coming agian.

Order from this place all the time and have always received great food. But I am sorry, I ordered three tenders today for ten dollars and received three pieces of chicken that were slightly larger then a nugget each. Leaving this here for management to see and make a change hopefully.

Hello, I like your service very much, but I ordered on friday for Fam Fest and the 4 Corns despite being so busy..
But Sara gave my order in 35 seconds
I am very impressed
There were also 2 boys
But Sara is very fast and communicates very well
I love her work
She is your best employee

0 star if i could I buy spicy chicken and the wing smell so bad

First time trying, this is better than kfc and Popeyes, tex doesn’t give you a greasy feel, mash potatoes and gravy was good so was the spicy fried chicken.
