I am a regular customer and the front staff knows me I called today and asked the girl to take my order because it was raining very hard outside She refused even after I requested 4 or 5 times She knows I am a regular customer but she still did not try to help me She told me to talk to the manager When I spoke to the manager it was very frustrating because he could not understand English and I could not understand him A manager should be able to communicate with customers and solve problems I am very disappointed but the way I was treated today was not acceptable This is not the service a regular customer deserves

Today I went to Halal Texas (Hillside branch). The staff working there were extremely lazy and seemed more interested in talking among themselves than serving customers. The service I received was very poor and disappointing.

They also charged me quite a lot, but the quality of the food did not justify the price. The French fries had far too much salt on them, and the sandwich was soggy and not fresh at all. On top of that, they did not provide any napkins, and they also failed to give me the sauces that I requested.

The staff were busy with their own conversations and did not appear to know how to provide proper customer service. They seemed more focused on chatting than helping customers.

I would not recommend this branch to anyone. The service is terrible, and the food quality is poor. The food was not fresh and was served in a condition that did not meet my expectations. I did not receive the quality of food or the level of service that I should have received. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not suggest that anyone buy food from this location.

Spoke to staff about my dissatisfaction of the spicy tenders I ordered. Specifically mentioned how there is no spice in the meat. One employee claimed to be a GM, by the name of Anthony, did not provide a last name and straight up hung up on me. What a disgrace to your business.Terrible customer service and behavior that is highly unprofessional.

Not even close to being edible… I had one taste and it was like it was made in old oil, horrible

Food quality went down hill in recent few months. Burgers felt stale, don’t like their crinkle fries either. Please bring back straight cut fries and same old food quality/menu.

Really kind staff, and good fast service for food. Each time I come here I am left extremely satisfied. Just watch out for parking as it is limited and you might have to park in the neighborhood next to the store.

I used to like the food here very much. I am a regular customer who order quite frequently. The Staff used to always give me two pieces of chicken thighs and one chicken drumstick for 4 for 5, but recently they have started to reduce the food portion frequently, and often I only have one piece of chicken thigh and two drumsticks, which can’t fill up especially when they are pitifully small. I really don't like this practice of not having the fixed size portion. When I order, I will expect to get the same portion as before instead of praying that the waiter will give me enough to eat this time. If the current portion size will always be this small I wish they could let me know and I won't continue to spend money here instead of using my money to test changes in portion size. (The Staff has being rude too, as if it was a outrageous thing to ask for hot sauce)

Excellent service, very friendly,delicious food. My spot is in Staten Island ny, new Dorp location.

The people are very friendly and helpful especially Emily and Musta. They always greeted me a big smile. I really like this place and recommend to all chicken lovers
