“Last night, after 7:30 PM, I visited this halal Turkish restaurant for dinner—and I must say, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had!
I ordered kebab, and it was absolutely incredible: tender, perfectly cooked, seasoned beautifully, and full of flavor. It was so delicious, I honestly have no words.
I’ve tried kebabs in many Turkish restaurants before, but this one was truly something else.
I didn’t get the chef’s name, but he was clearly a true professional—polite, warm, and welcoming with a great sense of humor. Both I and my family were very pleased with his excellent hospitality.
I truly hope you continue to shine with your amazing cooking. From now on, I don’t even want to try kebabs anywhere else—because I’ve found the best kebab in the world!

“Halal Shack is one of my favorite spots on campus. Their falafel over brown rice is my go-to, and it never disappoints. Recently, they've introduced some exciting new toppings, including the spicy feta, which is a must-try. The combination of flavors is outstanding, making each visit a delightful experience. “I didn’t go in person yet so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere but I just ordered from here for the first time and I must say it surely exceeded my expectations! I knew it would be good but didn’t expect it to be this good. The tenders are huge but also well flavored and cooked, the Dave’s sauce compliments in sooo well and the fries are curly fries and fried to perfection. I enjoy ever bit and corner of my plate, I wasn’t disappointed once. I had the lite mild and it was exactly that, a little spice with the perfect balance of classic and crunchy!!! I will be coming back, this is my new fav spot for sure but I gotta go in person this time to see if the service is as good as the food! Dave’s hot chicken is a 10/10. MONEY WELL SPENT!!!“

“Oct 2024: Ordered via UberEats. We were so tired after driving from Vermont at midnight, wanted to have something hot, tasty in the nighttime. This place served us Falafel and Rice (all vegetarian) so tasty with sauces (I guess tamarind and hari chutney)

“Absolutely amazing! Troy Pizza and Gyro is hands down one of the best halal spots in the area. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their gyros are loaded and juicy, the pizza has that perfect crispy crust, and everything tastes homemade and satisfying.

The staff is friendly, respectful, and they take pride in their service. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both quality and consistency every time.

There are so many options to choose from.
Smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein shakes, and all types of food choices from all over.
One of their undefeated meals is the Caesar salad with steak on top. You will not be disappointed. They have a ton of healthy snacks and over 40 drink choices. They even have seaweed chips! The chef is very kind and he talks to everyone. The staff are great, very accommodating. If you call to order give them about 20 minutes before you pick up. They have wheel chair accessibility as well. It’s

“This is the best buffet money can buy and the best Indian food money can buy. I’m an omnivore but if I ever had to be vegetarian I couldn’t do it without eating spicy mint every day. I’ll frequently fill up completely on vegetarian options and be completely stuffed and satisfied. There is no other option if you are craving Indian food. The ingredients are fresh and peak of flavor. The goat is unbelievably perfect and so is every chicken dish. I love this place and you can taste their love for what they do in the food, and smell it when you walk through the door. Flavor over load!“

“This place has multiple things inside one location. The restaurant inside, they are not very accommodating. I've ordered for a group of people for take out and they were so strict, didn't want to give plates or anything until the owner or management got involved.

While the food was good, they overprice everything. Probably will try other places next time before coming back to this.“

“I can't forget that Peshewari Naan and Bombay Aloo. Two awesome items with perfect balance of spice. They asked us the spice level we would prefer. This is something indian restaurants usually do not ask. Loved that part. Two other items were onion naan (was good) but the Mughlai chicken, something was off about it. It could be the balance of sweet or the salt was not right. I felt like I am eating a thik gravy. I believe the tea was over brewed and to balance it more milk was poured in. That's just an opinion as I know taste of tea is very subjective. Besides all of this the portion of one order was good for two. I think they are underrated by themselves. I would recommend them to change the whole seating arrangement. Also, update your restaurant name to Ahmed Restaurant. It was hard to find it.Spend $36 for two. (1.
