How hard is your job to take an order and actually get it right. Everytime I order from there, you never get the order right. I'm either missing something, or the food is wrong. It's not that hard to get the order right when it's right in front of you on the screen.

The only place in town that I have found that actually brews fresh iced tea! And it is excellent! I've been going there everyday for tea and it's fresh every time. NY does not have many places that actually brews their tea.

I came through the drive through and placed a order of course they were no longer selling items that were still advertised on the menu so we switched up the order for replacement no big deal I was asked at least 5 times during my order if that would be all after saying I didn’t see multiple items on the screen that I had ordered to double check they said they got it! Well as I get to the window and get my food we check out food I didn’t get the food I said I didn’t see on the screen and I was still missing part of the order that was on the screen! Instead of questioning guest if they are done with their order read back your order and check yourself! Mathew was my window operator.
