These guys made the most delicious cake I've ever eaten, the frosting was excellent!! I couldn't get enough of this cake, it was a little pricey but still quite affordable for the area and WELL WORTH the price. Its a small family owned business that cares about it's customers and love what they do, and you can TASTE that they love what they do.

My baby shower brunch was catered by Dickinson’s Delights and everything was extremely delicious! People especially loved the French toast casserole and cheesy potato casserole. Almost every single guest commented on how delicious all the food was and people were stopping to tell me how good it was and ask who catered the shower at work. We also had many different cookies, brownies and lemon bars. Literally everything was beautifully made and so good! Thank you for helping make my special day even better. ☺️

My Mom and I used Dickinson’s for a farewell treat at my wedding and it worked out amazingly! The owners are so kind and accommodating and their desserts are delicious! They were so kind enough to let us use a space in their bakery to package everything. It was a great experience, thank you Dickinson’s Delights!

I had peanut butter cup brownie, and my children all had the double chocolate brownies at the Adirondack balloon festival… Dickinson‘s delights was a beautifully Designed, classy spot surrounded by cheap vendors… The attention to detail that they put into their tent was really wonderful . They were so kind and helped me even though they had already technically closed.., They were Honestly the best part of that balloon festival. (With handicap parking, I still had to Park 2 miles away from the airfield. I had to hitchhike while my wife and kids were able to walk quickly into an Absolute cluster F…. It took our friends three hours to get out of Glens Falls and they left 45 minutes before the grand finale). Anyways, back to brownies…. The peanut butter cup brownie was phenomenal… I actually bought two of them, one for my wife, but I ate it and then pretended that I bought one for us to share… It is insane , if you like Reese’s peanut butter cups, then it’s the greatest brownie you’ve ever had. I don’t live close by, but I plan on making a trip to their restaurant..

We contracted Dickinson’s Delights to cater a Friday rehearsal dinner for 75 and Sunday brunch for 85. The food and service were great, with thoughtful attention to detail. We received so many compliments on the food, desserts and staff from guests. We will definitely choose Dickinson’s Delights to work with again. Worth a trip from anywhere. Sweet and savory crepes are delicious, and Nutella brownies will make any chocolate lover happy.
