Ordered two medium pizzas and a soda, ended up being a coupon. That coupon cost me 40 dollars. Driver forgot the soda, went to the store two streets over and bought a warm 2 liter and brought it back. Like really? At least grab cups of ice. I would understand if the ticket was full of items but it literally had TWO. I'll be Karen for a day and write this review.

The worst! Ordered Boneless wings. Delivery. Arrived in under 10 minutes. From a few Miles away. What we got. Definitely not just cooked. Something just sitting there waiting to pawn off on someone. They were cut up chicken tenders. With some sauce poured over them. Called. Was told that's how they are done. And all other restaurants do them this way. No that is not how others do them. Two orders for $32. Plus tip. Got screwed for the last time from this hole.

Food was cold and order was wrong.. we ordered there All the time, until now.. their boneless wings are dry and looked as though they had been fried earlier then REHEATED in the fryer.. the manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, on top they wouldnt correct my order, nor compensate in any way, then cherry on the cake., i was told to go F myself and he hung up on me

Local pizza joint so don't expect frills. They seem to focus on what matters and that's the food. Mostly take out as there are only a few tables to eat at. But mostly to wait for your order. The pinwheels are highly recommended along with their wraps.Parking: Free street parking out front. If there's a hockey game then good luck finding a spot anywhere in town. There's parking behind the building but I wouldn't recommend it if staying longer than a pickup.

I am so disgusted by the lack of customer service I received tonight from the GF location tonight. I placed an order on line at 5.17 pm through allhungry.com.(see picture) Confirmation said 35minutes. After 45 minutes I called the facility and they said it was on its way. After an additional 45minutes I called again and the woman who answered said "we just got your order 10 minutes ago but it is ready" I said no I ordered at 5:17pm and she said no I have it right in front of me and now it has been 10minutes & 8 seconds!! Approximately 20 minutes later I noticed I had multiple calls on my phone (phones are not allowed at my work so it was on silent) I called it back and was told that the delivery person had tried to deliver multiple times and no one answered the door. I explained that we are a medical facility and no one had tried to deliver anything.(Mind you they deliver to my facility multiple times a week) They stated they would try again. 10 minutes later a gentleman showed up, my coworker met him he handed her the box and took off...no words...obviously he knew he had been at the wrong address for the last 2 hrs. So in conclusion I received my food at 7:30....2hrs & 15minutes after ordering and it had obviously been in the box the whole time because they were cold and dried out. Will Not be ordering from there again!!!

I order delivery on a regular basis. everything on the menu is great! I love this place! Prices are reasonable and delivery is fast!! I am from NYC so I am very critical of pizza and tomato sauce but I have to say Empire stands up to the best!!

Ordered online did a $70 order. Did not tip online as I was going to give a $25 cash tip. They delivered my food and dropped it on my front porch in the pouring rain and wrote "NO TIP" on the box... The Food tasted like complete trash. So hey empire I was going to tip $25 in cash but now I will never order here again. Place sucks and pizza taste like cardboard

The food has been mediocre the last few times we've ordered from here. Most recently we called ahead for a delivery a few hours in advance for an event (which was acknowledged by staff) and food arrived 25 minutes later so it was cold when everyone arrived. Staff seems to always be abrasive. Likely not bothering to order again... too many instances of "we don't care."
