Visited Saturday evening with my wife for a few drinks and dinner. Appetizer were 2 tacos with dipping sauce, beef as well as chicken. Both were fantastic! I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was great, my wife had a burger and enjoyed it too. Cocktails were the best around here in Glens Falls! Service was outstanding!

So my husband and I went to this restaurant for his 42 birthday tonight. We had a group of 10 people ate sat in the middle of the room, the place was very busy and they only had one server. Let me tell you this hotel used to be amazing top notch but not ANYMORE. Our flat bread pizza was covered in oil and the pizza was so hard to eat. It was hard and crunchy. Also our friend got the salmon and there was a hair in her food which we told the server and she brought us a new dish which didn’t help the fact there was a hair in the first one , who wants to eat another dish after that !! Also the chicken wings were dry with barely any sauce on it . I also got a special drink on the menu and it was water down and tasted no alcohol at all . So this place has gone down hill in the past year and we will never recommend this place again.
UPDATE -AS YOU CAN SEE THE OWNER DID WRITE BACK TO ME ON HERE AND NOW ITS 8/7 AND I CALLED HIM 2 DAYS AGO AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME, GOES TO SHOW HOW MUCH HE CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS

All of the bartenders (specifically Mark and Jeff) do an amazing job of communicating specials, happy hour installments, and community events. They're super attentive and helpful. As well, they are all masters of their craft! I also recently purchased the Sliders off of the bar menu, and they were immaculatly prepared, the portion size was proper and not overwhelming. Everyone here is always working hard, and happy to help!!!
