The wine bar with no wine? My husband and I went here with my parents for dinner. My father and I are the wine lovers in the family and we must have asked about four different wines that they did not have in stock. Our server recommended something that we didn't really want, but ended up settling for it because we didn't seem to have many options.That being said, the whole family agreed that the food was excellent! Fresh and delicious. Locally made sourdough bread was great too!

What a great little spot with some phenomenal eats. I was actually a little embarrassed by the way I inhaled my dinner. The wine list is pretty extensive with several options including half bottles.I ordered the weinerschnitzel which was prepared thin and lightly breaded. Perfectly! The hand made pasta and the brussel sprouts were delicious. I am not a huge fan of following pairing protocols so I went with a Malbec. All of it was amazing! Give this place a go!

If you're looking for fine dinning in Glens Falls New York look no further than Flight. You walk in and you're greeted by a bunch of smiling staff members dressed like pilots, ready to take you on a culinary adventure around the world. I ordered a dirty martini with gin, because I like to pretend, I'm a spy when I eat out. The drink was perfect, just the right amount of gin. Then I had the fried calamari with a spicy sauce that made my mouth feel like it was on fire, but in a good way. The calamari was crispy and tender, and the sauce was tangy and addictive. I could have eaten a whole bucket of it.For the main course, I had the Wienerschnitzel with Brussel sprouts, because I wanted to experience the best of both worlds: meat and vegetables. The Wienerschnitzel was thin and crispy, and the brussel sprouts were roasted and caramelized. It was a perfect combination of textures and flavors. I felt like I was in Germany, but without the lederhosen.Flight is a restaurant that will make you feel like you're flying high, without the hassle of airport security and jet lag. It's a place where you can enjoy the finest food from around the world, without leaving your seat. It's a place where you can have fun, laugh, and be yourself.

Walked in from a weary day of work traveling NY state to this lovely and welcoming restaurant. Brittany greeted us and immediately gave us some options on happy hour special- ( great selections!)delicious fresh mozzarella and grilled baguettes w/ tapenades.sipping a great Chardonnay - haven’t gotten through the complete meal yet but am impressed with the first 30 minutes of our visit and will definitely return!I had to add to my initial review:We decided to do the pairing menu and I am speechless. Outstanding! Wines were exceptional- food amazing! Chef,manager bartender are top notch! I cannot wait to return. Thank you ?

I am one picky betch, and this place knocked our socks off. The food was amazing, the service was fabulous. We picked a flight of food that was eastern ocean inspired including a crab cake and a lobster roll, and I cannot tell you how good it was. Best crab cake I have ever had, and I’ve eaten them in Maryland and North Carolina… so this place is getting great product. The filet was perfectly cooked, like butter. I want to go back right now but I’m headed to Head of the Fish and then I have to go home. ? we’ll come back!!

I took a friend to Flight for her birthday. We try to get together monthly and go somewhere different or where one or the other hasn’t been. She has never been so I thought this was perfect. She asked our waiter for suggestions and was not disappointed. She had the shrimp special. The shrimp was not shrimpy and she ate everything! I had the pesto gnocchi and thoroughly enjoyed it too. Our waiter then suggested a dessert, the flight of shortcakes. Once again, it didn’t disappointed. And because I mentioned at the beginning of our meal that we were there for my friend’s birthday he put a candle in one of the cakes (a perfect touch to a perfect dessert). Oh and he also suggested the chocolate martini. This is a definite must! So yummy!!

Our first visit, and it was a home run! Well worth the 45-minute ride from Vermont! Make sure Brittany is at the bar... she's outstanding. We had Angry Shrimp, House-made Mozzarella, and the Steamers. They were all absolutely delicious. Thank you, Brittany, for making our evening very special! And, that's the "Brittany Spritz!"

Glens Falls delightful spot for wine, inventive (and not too sweet) cocktails, and delicious food. Charcuterie board was a European style assortment with figs, tapenade, cheeses, and meats. US Coastal food flight was an amazing interpretation of crab cakes, lobster roll and more. Don't miss this place on any visit to the North Country.
Their country flights are soooo good; it’s difficult to decide which country to try! An excellent reason to return.
