The inn that I was staying at in Lake George text me this recommendation while I was at the Hyde. I was very pleased with the wide range of fresh options, plus vegetarian options. Roasted veggies, grain bowls, soups and sandwiches, plus great teas!! The tomato soup was thick and rich. The grilled cheese was toasted perfectly. Great service, very nice owner. Highly recommend.

Finally, a health conscious place to eat North of Saratoga! My LORD! They have excellent smoothies, sandwiches and healthy choices. A good selection of coffee. The owner was there the day I popped in and she was super nice and explained how many ailments can be caused by the foods we are eating and how this store evolved in her life and how she wanted to bring it to the community. If you are looking for something with sprouts, gluten free, or just plain healthy I highly suggest you try Adirondack Fresh. I hope u like it! XO, Laura.

I recently ate here for lunch with my daughter. We are both gluten free and the options were very good. Wait time was disappointing and owner was very laid back. We could see the cook across the hallway cooking and he never had gloves on. The owner had to go back and forth to get the meals through 2 doorways and was also clearing tables and handling money and serving food but never washed his hands... Prices were high. We won't be going to Fresh ADK again.
