put an order out for delivery, waited over three hours and did not receive my order. They would not answer the phone or give me a refund. The lady they directed me to over the phone was very rude and told me I had to wait after I'd already been waiting over three hours.

Absolutely awful! Our crazy bed looked off, my daughter tried one and said it was awful. Upon looking at them more, we tore one open and MOLD and I don’t mean a little wet found it in and inside a few more. We called the store just to tell them so it doesn’t happen again. THE MANAGER ARGUED with us, saying that it’s impossible because the dough was made fresh that day. Then told in he had been there 13 years and that this was the one and only time someone has said this. He did offer to replace them or give us our money back, if we were working to drive all the way back and show him! So rude

The service is absolute shit they take they're sweet time they said it'd be done by 5:50 I ordered it at 5:15 and ive been waiting in the store it is now 6:07
I have given this place a few chances but it hasnt met the extremely low bar. Orders are usually right but taste like they have been under a heat lamp since the day before. Wont be coming back.
