Ordered general tso chicken and lo mein - the general tso chickens breading was non existent, and the chicken was dry. The lo mein was overcooked and noodles broke apart as soon as you picked it up. Confused as to why this place has high ratings, they lack basic cooking skills for even the most simple of Chinese takeout dishes.

Best local place for Chinese Takeout, their food is always fresh, they are extremely busy so nothing sits around. Very good got and sour soup, hands down better than any other place around. They are the fastest kitchen I have ever seen. I can order for 1 person or 12 people and the food is ready in 15 minutes no matter what.

Been here a few times & it is the worst Chinese food I've probably ever had. Staff not friendly at all. Food is overcooked in the same cooking oil that's been in the vat for who knows how long. They cater to the rich locals that think this stuff is good...lol

On Sunday, August 11, 2024, I stopped at Main Moon for a Take Out order. My wife ordered Plain LoMain and Sesame Chicken w/o Rice. Some of her chicken was dry, but otherwise a good meal with plenty of food. I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken Dinner, which came with the fried rice & an egg roll. Besides that I ordered a pint of Vegetable LoMain. My meal was perfectly done, with an abundance of food for consumption. My wife and I both ended up with leftovers! The people at the Bay St. Main Moon were not the friendliest and the food was horrible! I ordered Sesame Chicken and the sauce was brown, anywhere else it's more red and it tasted like soy sauce. The eggroll wasn't so great either, had an off taste to it. I definitely will not return to this location.
Consistently decent old school Chinese food. I remember years ago it often had a strange tangy flavor, that’s gone now. So we’re back to the expected normal Chinese food fare. It’s not a dine-in kind of restaurant, take out only. The ordering experience is pleasant, they always get it right and boy are they fast!

I'm from Texas. I ordered sesame chicken and kung pao. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had! They both looked and tasted the same. Drowned in lots of the same Hosein sauce! Couldn't tell the difference! Panda Express is 1000 times much better! Ordered 2 plates, ate very little and had to throw away the rest! Extremely dissappointed! I don't know what the other dishes taste like, but I don't dare try them now. It's a shame because the place looked and smelled authentic! Panda Express is the way to go!
