We love supporting restaurants like this. The way they captured the local foods was impressive. They had a very diverse menu to accommodate various diets.

It was a toss up between this place and Farmacy, both in Glens Falls. But I'm happy that I chose this place. Farmacy is excellent as well, don't get me wrong, but Mint was more my vibe for what I was feeling. Plus, after going there I'm pretty sure that they have the juiciest burger in town. I also appreciate that they list the local farms and businesses that they source their products from on their menu so I could make an informed decision as to what I was putting in my body and where it came from. Everyone was very friendly and the place is beautiful. Thank you, Mint, for such a pleasant experience!P.S. The strawberry shortcake dessert is phenomenal. I highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Super cute, elegant decor! Food was ok, chicken Tuscan and bolognese were both bland and very small portions!Service was good but server was wearing a crop top with her belly ring hanging out which I did not think was very professional.

If you can get past the pretentious atmosphere, then you too can enjoy slightly above average food

Mint is arguably one of the finest restaurants in upstate New York, effortlessly surpassing expectations. Nestled in the heart of downtown Glens Falls, it offers an ambiance reminiscent of a cosmopolitan eatery the moment you enter. The meticulous arrangement of lighting, furniture, and decor sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. The cocktail selection is exquisitely curated, complete with an exceptional happy hour—though you'll have to visit to uncover its specifics. The service is flawless, attending to every detail with precision. It's a mystery how they manage such perfection. The menu caters to a variety of dietary needs, featuring a vast array of choices. Our meal began with the house pickled vegetable plate and a sumptuous cheese board, both of which were outstanding. The menu's distinctiveness and shareability ensure you can sample a bit of everything. Highlights included a fresh, impeccably prepared crab cake, a non-fried Buffalo cauliflower that is absolutely irresistible, and the most divine mussels served with grilled bread, ideal for savoring the delicious broth. With so many extraordinary dishes, it's a challenge to make a selection.

From the moment you step in, you're greeted with attentive hospitality and an innovative menu crafted from locally sourced ingredients (more information on this is located at the bottom of each menu). Each dish and cocktail showcases culinary and creative mastery (the Buffalo Cauliflower is absolutely delish). First time patron at Mint during Restaurant week. Amazing. The dishes were uniquely prepared and beautiful! Shared the main courses (Sea Bass and Trumpet Mushrooms) - perfectly cooked and the combination of flavors for each exceeded expectation! Wow! Highly recommend this restaurant! The stag was welcoming and friendly!

My friends took me here for my birthday dinner and the restaurant really helped them make it special. We happened to tell the server it was my birthday while ordering so she offered a dessert on the house then throughout the night as I walked through the restaurant, every individual staff member wished me a Happy Birthday. The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere is cute, and they have a great bathroom!

Recently visited and our group was very disappointed with the food, despite the very nice atmosphere and decor. Three of the four dishes our party had were either poorly prepared or had sat for a while before being served. Our burger was significantly over-cooked while the potato "fingers" seemed to have been warmed in a microwave, lacking any flavor or texture. I'm only giving two stars because one of the four dishes, Salmon, was good. However, for the price, this was one of the worst meals we've had in a long time.

The wait staff was nice, and attentive. They worked hard. The drinks were ok, just ok. The kitchen was not great. The Brussel sprouts were soggy. The dinner started to come out before the appetizers were done. My meal - pizza- came out early with the appetizer and so I waited for everyone’s meal to show up - all staggered- for about 15 minutes. By then it was cold and unappealing. I was hoping for interesting and adventurous but only found standard. Also a dairy free/vegan dessert with chocolate would have been smart for their menu.

Wonderful food. I ordered the lump crab and scallop cake, served on focaccia with a fresh greens side salad. Dessert was a chocolate pot de creme- fabulous! The serving size was perfect, enough to be satisfied but not button-bursting full. Casual attire. There is street parking, or free parking in a small lot in the back. I will go back to explore the menu.
