I recently decided to change the way I eat certain foods, especially sugary foods and I noticed this store on the way home so I popped in, and I am so glad I did. This store has a lot of options and Kristen was a huge help, she was very knowledgeable. I have a lot to learn about my new lifestyle change, but I am glad that there’s a store like this nearby.

This natural food store is quite a gem. Located in converted house at 4 East Washington Street.There were a large variety of products including dairy, milk (in glass containers), cheese, beef, bread (Ezekial) and honey from local farms. The stock of bulk items was substantial, for example dried beans, grains, couscous, bulgur wheat, oats, granola, flour, nuts, figs, mushrooms, and more. In addition, the owners have a selection of health & beauty products (shampoo, conditioner, bath bars) and supplements. Also, a nice selection of coffee & tea, protein bars and healthy snack items.This family owned shop is definitely a place to shop at for natural and organic products. An establishment clearly designed to offer a nice, friendly shopping experience.Parking is primarily in front of the store (prior to the Right turn lane) or across the street.

My partner and I popped in today, looking for farm fresh eggs, supplements, local honey, some tea and a few odds and ends and they were so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. More importantly, we were happy to support local business during this time and were grateful that they were well stocked and still open!
