Disclaimer: we did not actually eat at Rocco's. This review is not so much about the restaurant as it is about communication (and the interwebs keeping up with important details).

It pains me to give a poor review, but there was no option to simply write a review.

My family and I showed up, from over an hour away, eagerly ready to try the carbonara, but we were shocked and dismayed to discover the sign on the window that announced that the restaurant was closed for the month of August.

Be advised.

I have only dined at Rocco’s but one time, we didn’t have a reservation and they were able to seat the three of us which was very accommodating. It was a busy busy time since there was a game at the Civic Center across the street and every place was packed. The food was outstanding and I would recommend Rocco’s.

All the food that I ordered was nowhere near authentic Italian food The boneless wings were burnt beyond recognition The pasta was still Al dente wasn't fully cooked almost no sauce whatsoever The bread had absolutely no butter or garlic on it whatsoever it was just a dry piece of toast worst experience I have ever had at a Italian eatery especially one that claims to be authentic

I asked if I could get a cheese pizza. Lady upfront stated they dnt have cheese pizza yet I just went thru their menu. I guess I wasn’t the correct kind of customer they’d like to serve.

Had a craving for a great pizza. Ordered one with onions, garlic. Broccoli and spinach. Outstanding!
My favorite pizza in a town full of great pizza.

The food was delicious and our server was a wealth of information. Dawn told us about the area, where to eat, what to do for fun. I enjoyed talking with her.

Horrendous. I immediately got a vibe upon entering that wasn't welcoming. I should have left then, but my family was hungry. We waited over 10 minutes before we were asked for drinks or food, half an hour before we got salads, over 45 minutes before one appetizer arrived, and almost 1 hour and 10 minutes until the food came. My daughter's fettuccine was undercooked. The pasta was hard and clumped together, and my lasagna was only cooked around the edges and ice cold, almost frozen in the middle.
They didn't even want to comp the meal and pushed back. I still paid $40 for horrible service and trash food. If you're bringing your family, I would recommend the place next door at least that has some novelty and fun.

Recently stopped and had some pizza. Cool little joint. Great service. The pizza was not my style. The runny sauce, smothered with cheese and no hydration crust just doesn't cut it for me. The flavor of the homemade sauce was decent.
