I got married in December and Roxy was INCREDIBLE to work with and made the most amazing cake I’ve ever had. Everyone at the wedding was raving about the cake. Roxy was easy to work with, very accommodating, and brought my vision of a cake to life even more than I could’ve imagined. And I spoke with my friend the other day, a month and a half after our wedding!, and she talked about that cake still.Even during the planning process, Roxy was professional and helpful. We ordered a few samples and they came to us thoughtfully and beautifully packaged.She responds promptly and professionally.We had three tiers with each having different flavors. I had a concept of having the middle tier semi naked and the other two with varied pearl sprinkles and decor in the center.We loved our cake! We’re grateful for the anniversary cake as well and hope we can hold out a whole year!From one baker to another, Roxy you’re awesome! You will be pleased with the quality of your cake if you get it from Roxy’s!

The amount of detail that went into this cake was superb, it had all of our guests blown away! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL! We had a different flavor for each layer (taste tested in the most unique way ever via cupcakes). The staff were so helpful and kind, and if we we're to do the day again, we'd choose Roxy's Cake every single time. Brava!

Roxy's Cakes was an incredible decision on our part for our wedding at Wolf Oak Acres! Not only was the tasting curated perfectly, but the flavor options are all incredible. We went with a lavender lemon cake and requested the amazing raspberry filling. This was not a combination we had tried during the tasting but the cake flavor was out of this world! All of our guests have been talking about how delicious it was!! Also the look of the cake was exactly what we wanted with the semi-naked design. I couldnt be happier with our cake!

We ordered Roxy's through our caterer Farmacy Restaurant in Glenns Falls who uses her exclusively. Wow, I'm soo happy they work with Roxanne. She was flexible, organized and super accommodating!Warning - she can be very difficult/challenging to get to respond to emails, but when it came time to work on our cake & desserts she got organized and got it done.My husband has allergies to gluten and dairy and she had zero issue making the additional desserts we ordered GF and DF - macaroons and mini red velvet cupcakes - THEY WERE AMAZING!! Our guests wouldn't stop complimenting us on them and while we thought we would have lots of leftovers - man we were wrong!!I ordered a naked wedding cake that I had I really had no intension of serving at our wedding (we even forgot to cut it on the evening of the wedding! ha!), but we took it home with us and cut it at our post-wedding brunch with friends and family around. OMG that was the most moist cake I have EVER tasted. It was DELICIOUS!!! I'm glad we saved it until the next day to really enjoy it and it was STILL SOOO MOIST!Since the wedding we tried to order more macaroons and she said she would do it, then two weeks before I needed them decided to bail because she was too busy and wouldn’t be able to make my husband’s birthday/my timing. Disappointing to have to scramble with just over 14 days to go. Disappointed in that behaviour especially since she initially agreed to do it, but it’s not a wedding so we know where her priorities stand. I won’t be using her again, but the wedding dessert was perfect and that’s good enough.
