Well located in downtown Glens Falls. This is an appealing coffee shop. Open and airy, well lighted, colorful. Despite what a number of reviewers said, I found the service to be acceptable. As a three generation family unit we enjoyed the relatively private dining area a few steps up from the main area. The food was good - I think most of us had bacon and cheese bagels which were delicious and the coffee was fine. I thought the prices were very high, however.

This place serves mostly highly processed food...baked goods are bleh and soup from a bag that comes from idk where.. ...Everytime I have ordered a bagel there was hardly any cream cheese on it and had to ask for more...and that is cut w something to decrease quality and increase profits. And alot of the time you get served coffee that is not hot bcuz it sits in a thermos.... Its 9 to 10 for a lousy breakfast sandwich ....the soup is less than mediocre and 7 d ....might as well go to price chopper...or McDonald's....disappointing...and they don't wipe the tables down between customers....do better for what you charge!

Parking: There us city street parking a few lots nearby but if its a weekend or they have events going on parking will be hard to find

SPoT has coffee from the gods. Staff was a little less friendly than I expected (no one even said hello). However, it was such a cool place I didn't care much. Food was excellent. Highly recommend if you are a coffee snob. Best in the area by far!

There were only two employees up front and a line out the door. It took 40 minutes to get one latte. It was served on ice instead of cold. They remade it but the next one was lukewarm, not hot. I didn’t have time to get it corrected again. They need more staff on Saturdays.
