Have not been back since we found a fly in the macaroni salad. As much of a turn off as that was it was an equal disappointment that the owner who was on the premises never came out to our table and addressed the issue. The best we got was from the waitress - “Oh yuck! Did you want another one?”

tried calling to place a lunch order for our business to pick up for 45 minutes. finally drive from mayfield to order there and they forgot a plain hot dog and won’t pick up the phone when i try to call about it

Waited over 50 minutes for my food which wasnt good. Never have i waited 50 minutes for take out. Portion sizes were not worth the price i paid for the meals i ordered. Wouldnt recommend anybody going there for food and waste there money on it. Very disappointed in customer service especially when you say something about the food and they get mad at you over it. I was better off just cooking same stuff at home.

I had ordered the big fish meal and a number of hotdogs, the fish was crispy and flaky outside fall apart tender inside. I do most definitely recommend if you like big fallets of tasty fish. Hotdogs of course were phenomenal as always.

Heard great things about this place. Went there & the food was not good & Big Mike was talking to us when we just wanted to sit & eat. He was bragging & walking around like he was king, but we thought we would give it a second try. That was a mistake, worse than the first. The food was bad, I threw mine out & it took forever & he was so rude to the girl working for him, not sure how anyone puts up with him .. never again!

Went for lunch today with wife I travel a lot never have we been so disappointed with a rest. The waitress was the most rude uncareing person we have ever met. To take order she was behind us didn’t even have the courtesy to come to our table to take our order yelled to us what did we want.
Food comes mine was ok my wife’s chicken sand no lettuce or tomato just piece of chicken between a bun.
I’m easy to please but we will never go there again.
