Love their smoothie bowls. The best I have had. Staff there was very friendly and helpful with making suggestions. I am from out of state and visiting family, so finding this hidden gem has been wonderful. I will definitely recommend to all of my family that comes to visit!
Gem of a cafe located inside a gym but with separate seating for cafe guests. I’m very impressed with the fruit bowls and chai tea lattes! That’s my go-to treat about once per week. High quality, feel good food that is affordable and always served professionally with a smile by kind staff. Highly recommend!

Such a great place!! So happy my fiance and I randomly discovered this amazing spot recently. We were looking for a new place to grab a healthy smoothie closer to home, and this is definitely a hidden gem. It's attached to a really clean, nice looking gym and the employees are so personal and friendly! Will absolutely come back for more - the smoothies and acai bowls are so tasty!!
