Their workers attitudes suck. They made me the wrong drink today so I went back and politely said I had been there a few minutes ago and got the wrong drink. I pull up and the girl has the most miserable face on and says absolutely nothing, just looks at me. I handed her my drink saying I wasn’t sure if they needed it back or not, she just nodded and turned around and left. No smile, no I’m sorry about that. Not a single word! Horrible customer service!

I’m a daily Dunkin customer. Am there everyday if not twice a day. Went to the Gloversville location and the young female at the window was very rude and did not know how to do her job appropriately. Asked for one of there limited addition frozen drinks and at first she gave me just a plan frozen coffee and when I told her that’s not what I ordered she argued with me made me pay for extra after I already paid and then took it back from me and still made it wrong and was very rude about it. Will not be going back to that location. Poor service. Been ordering this drink since they came out and I’ve never had a problem before.
