I’m a daily Dunkin customer. Am there everyday if not twice a day. Went to the Gloversville location and the young female at the window was very rude and did not know how to do her job appropriately. Asked for one of there limited addition frozen drinks and at first she gave me just a plan frozen coffee and when I told her that’s not what I ordered she argued with me made me pay for extra after I already paid and then took it back from me and still made it wrong and was very rude about it. Will not be going back to that location. Poor service. Been ordering this drink since they came out and I’ve never had a problem before.

I like going to Dunkin I love it and matter of fact.. when people go into Duncan people get their drinks you can see the smile and the happiness on their face.. I think that's the best thing ever that you can see a person happy getting something that they really love drinking and Duncan's able to provide it.. my wife loves going to Duncan everyday she can do it she does it anyway she just cannot get enough of Dunkin Donuts.. my friends everybody loves Duncan I love Duncan Duncan rules.. you got good people that work there very polite you know so that's the business that's what's up Dunkin Donuts.. you keep going you're doing a great thing
