Rude, food tasted old, was told its not their job to read an order back to make sure its right. Spent over $30 and definitely wont be going back. All you young kids need to learn more respect before having a job with the public. If you cant handle it go home.

This is the exact Big Mac I received. I posted on X, McDonald's contacted me took my information and did nothing. I reported them to the Herkimer department of health which covers Fulton County. Don't go here unless you want tampered with food, Johnstown and Fonda also have the same owners beware. Gave them a chance to fix it even and did nothing.

Worst coffee ever. Slow service even after ordered ahead of time. Ordered no sauce got sauce. Worst part was 2 coffee undrinkable

They were out of coffee when I ordered, so I got to watch the girl on register run hot water through coffee grounds directly into my cup to top it off. Gross.

Absolutely ridiculous ordered extra pickles and it even said it on the board and they gave me no pickles at all, and the happy meal had two apple slices in the bag!!!

I ordered a door dash and only got half of my items I ordered they can never get anything right but get paid over 15 dollars a hour for nothing when there job isn't that hard but read a screen
