I order three sandwiches two were great the third was not edible. The bread was stale and it fell to pieces when I tried to pick it up to eat it. This store has had several health code violations when I called the state so I would stay very far from this location

Chicken sub was less than ok. Nothing like I ordered. Chicken was grizzly, vegetables were wilty, bacon wasn't done, and they replaced the bun with another. Now they won't answer the phone! Definitely lost a customer. I will go to Johnstown or Fonda.

Worst subway experience my tuna sub I threw in garbage the tuna appeared to be days old an smelt horrible ,the pretizle I got was harder to chew then shoe leatherAltho the worker were kind an polite the food quality was definitely not subway like extremely disappointed an I would not go there again iWill drive to Johnstown

Ordered a BLT toasted footlong with provolone, b. peppers, red onion, and mayonnaise along with a 12 pkg. of Rasberry Cheesecake cookies. Instead I received, three chocolate chip cookies (still was charged for the 12 pkg) and a un-toasted footlong with barely a handful of lettuce and two tomato slices (one for each side, how considerate) that was DRENCHED in mayonnaise.Edited to add: There was only lettuce, two slices of tomato, and enough mayonnaise to drown a small child. No bacon, no cheese, no onion, no peppers. Which honestly blew my mind because it's a BLT how do you forget to add the bacon???When I tried to call the restaurant, I was hung up on repeatedly, phone left off the hook, and told that I'd get a call back that never came. $29 for an order I didn't order, thank you ladies at Subway!If I could rate zero stars, I would.

20 dollars for a basic sub is outrageous. Subway you are no Jersey Mike's. They cut meat to order. You don't have to ask for extra meat because you get it. Never again will they see my face. The greed is real. Didn't even get a bag of chips. So many other places I will go where I can get a proper sub with chips and a drink way less expensive then subway. Save your money and get fresh sub and sides for less then 20 bucks. Stop a Lyles Hoagies In Schenectady or Rotterdam you will get a decent sub with change to spare. I'm surprised this place hasn't gone out of business.
