Baskin-Robbins

I extremely rarely give places 1 star, check my other reviews. I ordered a delivery from this place, and paid a day in advance, to arrive for my brother's birthday. It was not so far in advance to be lost and not so late as to be last minute. When the delivery never arrived, I called in. On my second try, I got a person. She started off pretty rude and just got ruder. I just calmly inquired as to the status of the delivery and she asked some questions and then told me she didn't have what I ordered in stock. I wondered aloud why they would have let me place the order then? Also, why didn't anyone call me when they realized they didn't have it in stock? I was trying to work with her and she was going to let me have a different cake, but somebody had to come pick it up. I explained to her that the reason I had placed the delivery order (again, in advance) was because no one was able to pick it up. She said she didn't have a delivery driver. She also told me that they had their water shut off or didn't have any running water that day? So just health code wise, I'm not positive they should have been open anyway. But regardless, she decided to hang up on me because she had to talk to a customer. I was really shocked overall at this experience!

I am happy to pass on all the fancy ice creams out there. NOTHING beats Baskin Robbins chocolate chip ice cream. This location is bright and clean

Been there multiple times. The gentlemen who works there is the nicest guy. This is the way all Baskin Robbins should be run

Has a Dunkin' donuts as well!

Lots of unusual flavors; presentation in case wasn't appealing. Place needs a little cleanup. Workers were nice and helpful.

Check for Janice almond fudge - a favorite in our house and rarely found.

Weekday mornings, the line at Dunkin Donuts is long, but does move fairly quick.
