ordered on the app a couple weeks ago at 11:45pm which there drive thru is open at that time there was someone inside but they shut down the entire drive thru and would not come to the window after sitting there for an hour. wasn’t able to get my money back. i’ve ordered on the app many times before and no issues with app or food but this time and not being able to get what i spent back was Unbelievable and unacceptable

I love me some good #9 chicken sandwich and the jalapeño cheddar bites from BK!! The staff is friendly and kind, and they do an amazing job in general but specially with keeping the place clean (including the restrooms) and the outside of the establishment. Affordable and tasty 👌🏻

Made a lunch stop on the way home. Good service and sandwiches were good as well.
Sitting at the drive thru. No one responded for a while. I said hello, lady very rude tone you will have to wait. I said ok. Asked for a coke. I must of said a cup of ice with a little soda. Very rude.

The burger was swimming in ketchup. It was put on a whopper bun. Terrible. Tried to call , no answer , however it was not busy. So, I don’t get it. In all fairness , usually pretty good, this time, not edible.
