Sitting at the drive thru. No one responded for a while. I said hello, lady very rude tone you will have to wait. I said ok. Asked for a coke. I must of said a cup of ice with a little soda. Very rude.

The burger was swimming in ketchup. It was put on a whopper bun. Terrible. Tried to call , no answer , however it was not busy. So, I don’t get it. In all fairness , usually pretty good, this time, not edible.

Save yourself a trip. I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone took my order and no one was ahead of me. I ordered a total of 6 wraps and came home with 3. The pickle fries were terrible and didn't come with any ranch to dip when the picture is advertised with ranch. The food was Luke warm. I know its a burger King but come on now at least act like you care. I tried calling and the phone rang and rang and rang. What a shame to have in the lovely town of goshen. Won't be returning or telling anyone to visit this location.

Wow!! This has to be the cleanest BK I've ever visited. It's like it just opened. No dust anywhere, no spilled soda or fries anywhere. The floors are absolutely spotless. I give great credit to this manager. He or she knows how to run his/her ship. The food was super fresh and hot. Service was impeccable. Only critique I would give is this new kiosk ordering system is new to get use to. It's not what we're use to so that is unique. I am coming back to only this Bk from now on. Highly recommend.

They messed up an order, and refused to remake it, we were eating inside so it’s not like we were tryin to pull one over in them, made else buy another meal. Management was rude, tables were very sticky and they would wipe them off for else.
