Highly recommend Carlos Cucina in Goshen,NY. The food is wonderful, they have gluten free options, their staff is very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
We had our son’s confirmation party catered from here today! The Penne Vodka and Chicken & Eggplant Parm were absolutely delicious!
Very good pizza spot. Comparable to most other pizzerias in Goshen, which are all good.

Carlo's Cucina Restaurant is known for its huge portion sizes of great food. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including panini, burgers, pizza, Lasagna, and Chicken Marsala. Despite the occasional mistake, such as a dish being delivered to the wrong table, the staff is friendly and service is prompt. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a casual meal, with a nice bar to eat at and happy hour prices. Fresh Stella on tap and excellent Jack & Cokes are available.
The food is excellent, with perfectly cooked salmon, fresh salads, and plenty of mushrooms in the Chicken Marsala. The garlic bread and Garlic Broccoli are delicious, and the tiramisu is an excellent dessert. Many parking spots make it easy to visit. The restaurant is behind the Diner in a shopping center, offering casual dining for everyone.
