Ordered refreshers from this Dunkin. The drinks were not filled up all the way. I asked if they could add some more it’s a little low. I was told by the worker “as per Corporate we cannot fill it up all the way”. That is not true because my family owned a few Dunkin Stores on Long Island. This is just the owner of the store being cheap.

I purchased two refreshers. I was told that the new rule by corporate is NOT to fill cup to the top but they still charge full price. That’s absolutely absurd. I will never be back!

I ordered an iced tea and saw the associate fill the cup by opening the top of the canteen and dipping her whole hand in it. When she gave me my order and credit card back, her whole glove was wet and dirty. She’s very lucky I’m not confrontational. I didn’t bother drinking it

Has gone downhill over the last month not sure what you guys did. They have no idea what's going on in the Drive-Thru. Gave benefit of the doubt but this is the third time now. I guess I'll go next door to Starbucks.

If you’re ever craving a donut and think if you can make it before they close just stay home. I thought I’d make it and get there at 8:50 with a closing time of 9 and they are already counting the register and throwing out all the donuts in the trash. Not so much as a oh what did you want just a “we’re closed” not even a sorry. It was quite depressing watching them throw away all those donuts while I was standing there ready to buy a dozen. Starbucks on the other hand greeted me with pleasant hello and I was happy to spend my money there. It was 8:54 they close at 9. Do better Dunkin

The app was malfunctioning the other day and rather than making me call all these numbers. They were nice enough to just accommodate me. The woman help me was very nice. Truly Appreciated when you just need that 1st cup of coffee before you step into work ?

The worst Duncan in Orange County - they do not hire enough workers - to small , always a 20 - 30 minute wait - my advice - go to Chester or Middletown

I went to pick up a drink for a colleague and by the time I got there, I decided I was going to buy one for myself as well. Tell me why there was 4 people behind the counter and not one could acknowledge my presence? I would have accepted a "we will be right with you" or a "one sec" but looking at me and not acknowledging I was waiting? Left with the drink I was going to pick up. Yeah...I'll stick to James P Kelly Dunkin.

Not sure what was worse: -the employees burping and farting behind the counter constantly -the absolute filth of the location -the fact that 2 mocha coffees could be made completely wrong
