This location makes your drink how they feel like making it, not how you paid them to make it. You pay for extra add on items and they don’t even bother to put them in. They’re very spotty. I can tell when they actually do it and when they don’t. What am I paying for if I don’t get what I want? I’d say they do it about 20% of time which is not very often

Originally I reviewed this place high when it opened, but since then the customer service has gone WAY down. I ordered a simple non-fat PSL iced without whip cream for my family member in the car and at the window I was handed a hot one. I told the employee “I’m so sorry but I ordered an iced drink” that same employee rolled her eyes and turned around to tell the other employee that it was iced. Then decided to take a 10 minute break right then and there. I found myself being the person apologizing for this experience, out of politeness but after their third time of getting this drink wrong in the same moment and not getting any kind of “I’m so sorry we’ll fix this for you” I found myself wondering why I was being nice and they weren’t. They treated me as if I was the problem, as if I inconvenienced THEM for getting the order wrong. Not a good feeling at all especially because I was holding so much grace and understanding in this situation. Everyone makes mistakes but geez can ya’ll be a bit nicer to costumers that aren’t giving you a hard time?

Ordered in the cafe, a coffee and a wrap. The people who came in behind me got their 5 items 10 minutes before I received mine, even though I ordered first and only had 2 items in my order. Went home and theres a label in my cup ?. I'll stick to other locations in the future

Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino pacifically asked for extra caramel
crunch . I got to the window looked at my drink and noticed it wasn’t extra in there so I said to the cashier I asked for extra they charged me and she told me it’s at the bottom and it wasn’t!!!!! Why lie ? I normally order from the Starbucks at Middletown and they do a pretty good job and they always put it on top so I was just lost why it’s at the bottom .

I usually always come to this starbucks and normally the staff is amazing. However today I order and get to the window and the drink I ordered was supposed to be iced but they gave me hot. So i said oh im sorry it’s supposed to be iced. The girl behind the counter then rolls her eyes and hands me a completely unmixed drink and tells me to stir it myself to mix it and walks away. Very unhappy.

The young ladies at the window for amazing!
Came in here as we were passing through. Beautiful space. Clean bathrooms with extra sinks outside of the bathroom itself (so convenient!) Spacious and lots of comfortable seating. Good playlist going on today. Kind staff.

I visited this Starbucks on many occasions but I guess the afternoon staff is way more friendlier than the morning staff as this was my first morning visit here. I ordered the melon burst in a medium and was informed that it only comes in a venti...I asked her to show me the cup size...her helper showed me the cup size and I decided on the medium refresher drink...then I said I'll take the melon burst as she had already put it in the order. Her assistant proceeded to write on the cup that she had shown me, however I told her I did not want that cup because she had her fingers all inside the cup. I got attitude after that. While I'm waiting on my warmed cheese Danish (after 6 minutes) I go back to the register to remind the cashier that I was waiting on my warm cheese danish now I'm met with attitude from the cashier brutally stating "it's coming." I go back and wait for my warmed cheese Danish by now 12 minutes have passed another worker asked what I was waiting for as she clearly saw me standing there for almost 15 minutes. I replied I'm waiting on a refund because it does not take 12 minutes to warm a Danish. She said Taylor would help me and he did. He apologized for the wait and refunded my money. I do not expect to have attitude from staff, especially where I'm spending my money and reminding them of sanitary protocol and wait time. The two individuals that gave me attitude could have simply humbled themselves and apologize for trying to serve me a cup that she put her fingers in (with no gloves on) and for forgetting that I ordered a warmed cheese Danish. Normally any food that I order always comes out before the drink, no matter what Starbucks I go to or the time.
The employees are very respectful and polite, but I make my orders through the mobile app and sometimes I don’t get the customization I want to my drink fulfilled. They just make the drink regular. I would appreciate if my drinks are prepared the way I like them every single time. I understand people make mistakes. It’s happened twice on two different occasions. I shouldn’t have to ask them to make it again and have to wait 10 minutes for them to make it when they could’ve just made it right the first time if they paid attention to the order
