I dropped a drank all over the floor after I ran into a wall and a barista named Alexis helped me clean it up even though I told her It was okay, but she did not let up and insisted that she was happy to help! What a fine establishment with friendly, charismatic and helpful workers! After a hard day at work, this is part of my decompressing and chill time :)

I absolutely love this Starbucks! It’s one of my favorite locations to visit the atmosphere is my favorite thing about this place it’s always warm, relaxing, and perfect for sipping a drink while studying or getting some work done. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and kind, which makes every visit even better. The store is always clean, cozy, and has such a great vibe. Highly recommend this starbucks location!! ☕️❤️

This is the best Starbucks and customer service is top notch, Cody is a barista that often helps me and she’s always pleasant to talk to!

This is the best Starbucks in miles! I go all the time and it’s always so clean and the workers are so friendly! I always get a little message on my cup and it makes my day so much better! I highly recommend!

I really liked this location of Starbucks. It looked as though it was brand new. I’m not sure if it was a remodel or actually brand new. There was plenty of seating inside which I really like. I ordered head on my app and when I got there about five minutes later, my danish and drink were ready. The staff is very friendly and kind and greeted me. The store was also very clean and tidy.

Let me just start off with this. I myself work on the food service and understand the business very well. You know when it’s late and you just want to go home and it’s slow and late but at the end of the day you still need to complete the day well. I ordered a grande white mocha and I asked for whip. the young lady says, it already comes with whip…okay no problem. I get the drink and it literally has NO WHIP, like cmon that is inexcusable. Lastly i got another drink, an iced carmel maciao. I am no barista but i know a drink should take 10 minutes when it’s slow. There was no one inside and i was the only car in the drive thru. All i saw was two girls chatting it up taking their sweet time to make a drink. I’ve been to starbucks with a full line and have gotten my drink quicker than i did tonight. We customers pay for a service and for a product and I have to unfortunately say this was not a great experience nor a great product.

Don’t waste your $ getting the protein foam. Not to mention the iced venti is mostly ICE. Ask for less ice and it’s still the same regular amount. What am I suppose to do hold up the line for them to remake it? Ridiculous. Some days are great, but only some. The employees need more training! I mentioned it and she said it melted…ok so that’s okay?Why didn’t she offer to get more if it’s clearly melted. Either they didn’t put enough or they just didn’t care. Both showed and it’s annoying.

The service is beyond slow, cashier was rude and almost $6 for a small cup of FOAM no idea what happened to the Coffee!!!! Ripping customers off!

I feel very conflicted making this post. I dont want to hurt this business but I do not feel it is right continue to ignore a MAJOR issue. I noticed my drink tasted very bad! When I returned the drink and talked to worker they said it may be the almond milk. So I had them make it with oat milk instead.. *Same taste* I then asked for their triple filtered water... BAM found the problem. When I went back to return drink again and speak with employees the place was very busy. I waited for it to calm down in there so the other customers didnt hear my complaints. Speaking quietly to the worker I was informed all of goshens water is horrible/contaminated. Also said that they all bring their own drinks to work and cant even stomach the smell..
I understand this may be a town issue. Unfortunately, This also seems very negligent as well. They stated that several goshen businesses are closing down till they figure out how to fix it. Yet they are open and serving the public what I would describe as pond water..

this morning honestly made the rest of my morning… not only did the barista make my drink on point she did something no barista ever done. such a simple and small thing yet so kind, she had extra cold foam and gave kindly asked if i wanted it and this is not the first time i had such an amazing encounter. a few months back i picked up my order and was given a free refresher by another barista who i’ve never even met. continue to be amazing. 🩶

The refresher was mainly filled entirely with ice & barley filled with any drink just ice… and it took only four sips to finish it in a tall-size cup. The ice chai was alright, but it was honestly disappointing.
