I placed a mobile order that was scheduled to be ready at 11:42 AM and arranged for my sister to pick it up. She drove back to my home to get me, which resulted in unnecessary time and gas being wasted because the order was expected to be ready.
When we arrived at 12:14 PM — more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time — the drinks were still not ready. I politely requested that the drinks be remade due to the delay. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, another employee responded dismissively and stated she had “just made them,” which was not accurate.
Delays can happen. However, dismissing a legitimate concern instead of addressing it appropriately is unacceptable. Due to this interaction, I am now uncomfortable returning to this location and am concerned about the quality and handling of any future orders placed there.
I am requesting that this matter be escalated and that a District Manager contact me directly to address this situation.
This level of customer service is concerning and needs immediate attention.

They do not make the drinks like other Starbucks. My refresher was more water with the dragon fruit. Paying 5+ for fruit water was upsetting. They made my iced matcha very watered down as well. I won’t be going back.

I go to this location every week and have been to dozens and dozens of other locations in different states. The spinach wrap was ice cold in the center twice and there is one girl/woman who is so unfriendly/sassy/not nice at the window and I’ve had her a few times. There is a very sweet woman and girl I’ve had more often but this other one should not be in a job she is clearly miserable in. The location and shop is beautiful but not consistent

The refresher was mainly filled entirely with ice & barley filled with any drink just ice… and it took only four sips to finish it in a tall-size cup. The ice chai was alright, but it was honestly disappointing.
January 2026: The strawberry refresher is good but again still mainly filled with ice so you can finish it very fast even getting it in a larger size. Disappointed I wish there was less ice and more drink, come on Starbucks.

I went to the Goshen Starbucks today and had a great experience with the barista Skyler. I was already having a rough day and he genuinely made it better just by making my drink perfectly. Most Starbucks get it wrong, but he nailed it without me even having to say anything twice. The whole Goshen store is always kind, but today really stood out. It was exactly the little boost I needed after a hard day at work.
Just picked up two coffees today, a blonde woman maybe mid 30s gave me my cup. COVERED and I mean dripping all over the sides in caramel got all over my hands clothes and hair. Just ended up throwing the whole thing out and a waste of my money.
