We like Dunkin. Obviously the donuts and pastries are wonderful. We also go healthy sometimes with the array of breakfast sandwiches. I particularly like the mocha flavored ice coffee.

Don’t have much complaints other than you continue to put Cinnamon on my Carmel cold brew when I’ve repeatedly asked for it not to be there. I didn’t order cinnamon, nor do I like cinnamon at all. If I wanted the stupid Charlie drink, I would’ve asked for that. If I don’t ask for cinnamon or the Charlie, you SHOULD NOT PUT CINNAMON in my coffee!!
I ordered 3 drinks and spent 18 dollars for one hot drink to be a little bit over half way full and for them to forget one of the three drinks and not understand why I was still waiting. Get it together

Went through the drive through the other day and needed 3 assorted dozen of doughnuts for a gathering. The line was its usual 10 minutes wait. So when we got up to the pay window the 20 year old girl said, with an additive, “just so you know, the next time you order that many doughnuts you need to call ahead or come inside to order them because we don’t have the time to take care of that many in the drive through line”. She was saying this as she was handing me the doughnuts that were sitting there waiting for me to pull up to the window. I basically dismissed her ignorance for youth as clearly at takes longer to make all these hot breakfast sandwiches and foo foo drinks they have now then it does to box 36 doughnuts. And not to mention it’s not like we move quickly through the line anyways. And was just going to chalk it up to ignorant youth. But then got thinking that if she is who they have at the window saying things like that, then a review is fair game.
The ONLY I go to DD is because of the drive through. It’s not very often but sometimes I don’t feel like getting out of my car.
Coffee is better at Stewart’s, doughnuts are just as good, bigger, and less expensive at PC.
Every time I go there something is messed up. My boyfriend went this morning to get me a simple Carmel iced coffee with 3 cream and 2 sugar it was so strong I couldn’t drink it. His was so sweet he couldn’t drink his! The food tastes like they are wiping the counters with bleach water and setting the food into it. It tastes like bleach! Every time I go there I spend $30-40 just to get something I can’t even eat or drink.

The Gouverneur restaurant might take a little longer, but the food is actually done, and their employees are so nice.
