Over priced deli turkey and very poor quality who ever sliced it I got shredded turkey instead of actual deli slices. Don’t plan on ever going back.

We went for a quick bite and some coffee. Breakfast sandwich on bagel was made faster than anywhere else I've been, and was cooked fresh and served piping hot. And great prices! I've paid more for less at other places. Great service, too! I'm definitely going back whenever I can.
Roaches Roaches Roaches. I saw roaches in the front section where they keep baked good's. When I told the man that is on the hot grill, he threw one croissant in the garbage and put the other items back in the shelf. Disgusting! Called food services and hope they clean this place. I feel we were violated.
Is it possible to give negative stars? We need A NEGATIVE STAR OPTION because this was place is the worst!!!! The lady at the counter is very rude. My bagel was not prepared as ordered. The eggs were runny and 2 slices of bacon when I paid for EXTRA.They would not fix what I already paid for and were extremely rude with the manner they handled my business. I will never come back here. Many other yummy bagel stores in the area - CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The breakfast
I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and when i took a bite of it the cream cheese was very sour I couldn't eat it. i asked if they can give me a new bagel with just regular cream cheese and flat out said no. my store orders from here every day its ridiculous that they couldn't even apologize. at least that.
