We went for a quick bite and some coffee. Breakfast sandwich on bagel was made faster than anywhere else I've been, and was cooked fresh and served piping hot. And great prices! I've paid more for less at other places. Great service, too! I'm definitely going back whenever I can.

Roaches Roaches Roaches. I saw roaches in the front section where they keep baked good's. When I told the man that is on the hot grill, he threw one croissant in the garbage and put the other items back in the shelf. Disgusting! Called food services and hope they clean this place. I feel we were violated.

Is it possible to give negative stars? We need A NEGATIVE STAR OPTION because this was place is the worst!!!! The lady at the counter is very rude. My bagel was not prepared as ordered. The eggs were runny and 2 slices of bacon when I paid for EXTRA.They would not fix what I already paid for and were extremely rude with the manner they handled my business. I will never come back here. Many other yummy bagel stores in the area - CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and when i took a bite of it the cream cheese was very sour I couldn't eat it. i asked if they can give me a new bagel with just regular cream cheese and flat out said no. my store orders from here every day its ridiculous that they couldn't even apologize. at least that.

Horrible just horrible.They advertised a breakfast special that included a coffee . When I asked about the coffee the owner nearly jumped over the counter and wait THAT WAS THREE years ago . If that's the case why do they still have the sign up. In addition the place is filthy dirty. The health department should make a surprise visit . Good luck your not the only bagel store nearby .

The dirtiest place I've seen in a long time. I think I was in shock when I walked in & can't even believe I ordered but I did throw away my food which I never do. Ok everything in there was filthy even the glass where the refrigerated stuff is THAN as my egg whites are being made the guy on the grill dropped the spatula on the very filthy floor and didn't even hesitate to continue using it. Wow. I hate trashing a business like this because everyone needs to make money BUT this place takes things to another level of UNSANITARY. I don't know how it's possible that the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH has not shut them down. Also the woman working there taking the orders is very rude to everyone including a gentleman who thought I was not helped yet &she gave him the dirtiest look when she said to him "what do u want". This is the first time I'm tempted to call the the health department myself. I should have taken pics.

Staff seemed a bit cold. Limited bagel selection. The bagels were sized well however lacked the chewy texture and crunch of a great bagel. Lox cream cheese was loaded with pieces of lox which was great. Wish they had labels for the types of bagels on hand.
