I had been wanting to try this place and decided on a whim to stop by when we happened to get dinner nearby, and was so glad we did! We had the mont blanc and Oreo croffles (they only had a few options left at the end of the day). They still tasted fresh, great texture, and flavors were nice without being too sweet. I hope they expand their savory options too, but either way will definitely be back!

I don't think anyone was more excited than me when I saw Croffle House open up on Long Island! I have been to the flushing one numerous times and love it but hate going to that area as it's hard to park and congested. I have not been inside this location yet but have ordered Uber eats from here to the office for a mid-day pick me up! The croffles are always super well baked with a flaky/ crunch on the outside and layered chewy goodness in the inside. The whipped cream and fruits are always fresh. I also love the Dalgonna lattes!

What an amazing concept and execution! A croissant/waffle! Their latte was great too! Will definitely go back for more! This is a gem worth braving middle neck road for! Lolz!

I go to Flushing location twice a month when I go out to eat Korean Food with my fiancé. Good 40min drive from far east Long Island but today we have decided to try out their newly location in Great Neck. btw I have been getting Croffle House waffles as my birthday cake substitute every year since 2020 well not me but my family gets it for me lol. We came yesterday around 6:30pm. We got the banana nutella, blueberry cream cheese, and sweet potato waffles and 3 mochis. The gentleman gave us a garlic bread as a complimentary. Banana nutella by far the best sweet full of deliciousness just amazing same memory taste along with the sweet potato, however I was not a fan of blueberry cream cheese. Cream cheese was too rich for my taste and 3 mochis were soft flakey flavorful even towards closing time. I usually get the egg tarts as well but I had too much eggs last 7 days so I went with a different route. As a business owner myself, always happy and supportive when small businesses like yourself does well and keep your standards high. Happy New Year :) Picture is actually from last year birthday lol

This store is bright and clean, with a spacious environment, a relaxed atmosphere, good service, and many dessert choices. It is a good place in our town to relax and chat with friends &Family over coffee and desserts.

This is solely on their delivery service. I ordered the banana pudding, mango croffle and a drink. What I received? 3 Croissants. If you can’t fill the order just notify the customer. Don’t send me something I didn’t order.

Croffle House is a great addition to Great Neck. Whenever I work in the area I have to make a pit stop- whether it's for breakfast, coffee, or simply a little pick me up. You truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu, trust me I've tried most items haha. The blueberry croffle is pretty solid as are their egg tarts (I preferred the classic vs. the Nutella one). On top of tasty treats, the service is really great and the prices are reasonable. What's not to love?

Great addition to the town's otherwise cone-or-cup-only dessert situation. Let me feast with my hands!Have never had croffle nor mochi-nut before trying Croffle House's, so can't say anything about how they fry up to the competition. Flavor Variety: tonsHospitality and Service: goodPrices: Fair for a bespoke fried dessertNow, onto the important items...Croffles: decadent, crisp, chewy, sweet, flavorful--frankly far too much of a rich dessert for me personally. Baked very well and using only fresh ingredients. I've never had anything here that seems more than a half day old. Mochi-nuts: my vote for what to get here (I know, it's not called "Mochinut House, but maybe it should be?). Light, airy, delightfully toothsome and chewy. Best part? Not too sweet, and perfectly suited as a late dessert or a breakfast item with tea or coffee. My favorite is the strawberry (don't knock the classics), followed by the Oreo, chocolate, and cinnamon sugar. Personally, the plain is a waste, the lotus was decent, and the green tea is fine (I often don't love green tea as a dessert flavor in general--keep tea tea, please). Minor suggestions: I do wish the mochi-nuts were 15% less oily/greasy. I know these are essentially doughnuts, are fried, and are made with an ingredient that naturally has some level of oil to it, but if they can dial in on the chewy/light texture without as much residue, I'd be a 5/5 convert. As it stands, I only have a few pieces of the ringed mochi treat each day, and pace them out to avoid that "too rich" regret. The store: bright, open, spotlessly clean, and open to a decent hour (though everything around here closes early). I do worry about the size of this storefront for the size of their business, but absolutely wish them the best and plan to return very soon. A great dessert option to bring over to friends/family, or as a nice change for a holiday or kid's birthday party.

Finally, they opened a second location closer to me! By far the best mochi donuts ever and I've had them from Brooklyn, Manhattan, to Queens. The consistency and texture of the mochi donuts are superior, extra chewy and bouncey. The croffles are a special treat, especially if you like croissants, fresh whipped cream, and fruits! The blueberry was had a cheesy custard and it was my fave and I don't even like blueberries.I have purchased birthday cakes here a few times already and it's fresh every time. One of the workers told me they make it fresh daily and never keep their pastries over night. It's getting chilly now but I'd love to come for ice pops/ coffee and pastries when it's warmer on our after dinner outings!

Exploring the Croffle House in Great Neck after frequent visits to their Flushing counterpart was indeed a savory journey worth taking. My selection of the Mont Blanc croffle was met with a harmonious blend of buttery, crusty perfection, beautifully complemented by a luscious cream cheese filling concealed beneath a layer of exquisite chestnut cream on top. The familiar deliciousness, almost a signature of the Flushing location, was unequivocally mirrored here, confirming a consistent quality across their branches. The array of options, from the enticing croffles to the delightful mochi donuts, macarons, and an impressive variety of beverages and breads, ensured that every palate could find something to relish. Ample seating and swift, courteous service accentuated the experience positively. While the necessity of paid parking might be a slight hiccup for some, the gastronomic experiences inside assuredly soften that minor inconvenience. The Croffle House in Great Neck proficiently preserves the brand's reputation for splendid baked treats, though perhaps a dash of innovative flair could propel it into an unparalleled echelon of its culinary niche.

Really great addition to the neighborhood! I love their drinks, mochi donuts, and the variety they offer. The cashiers are also very friendly and polite. Their mochi donuts are delicious, and my favorite drink to get is Einspanner.

I went here in September 2023. It was very delicious and filling which was surprising a bit for something that tasted so good. Workers including one of the owners were very nice. Hopeful this place will succeed.

Have been waiting for it to open everytime when I walked by. Finally it opened and we tried. We got the mango and Mont Blanc (chestnut) croffle. A bit disappointed as they are not fresh. My son told me he ate at another one in Northern Blvd before. When it's fresh the waffle should taste soft and more fluffy. The one we had were hard and a bit chewy. I ordered coffe latte which is good though.
