Has a cozy locals vibe but I wasnt given a local's welcome. Average diner was over 65 years old. I had a group of 6 for brunch on weekday at 12pm. It was rather busy and the wait was longer than expected. I was told 15 mins wait and that it was always busy. Not the friendliest greeting when you have just arrived. The man, who I think was the manager didn't even bother to put my name down---Just walked away. I waited another 5 minutes before a waiter asked for my name...
