Great location a little dated but very acceptable.
Bennys sushi was horrible.
Cute and quaint. I go for Benny, he’s the best!
Stay away! The lobby furniture was filthy! The room was awful. There was a centipede on the wall next to the bed as soon as we walked in. There was a spider in the bathtub as well. Our view was next to the train tracks and there was a small roof next to our windows that was filled with weeds and dirt. The toilet handle was broken, and the toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall. People that we were staying with at the hotel said that the bathtub filled up to their ankles when they were showering. We were with people who had two other rooms and we all concur that the place was absolutely filthy. The other two couples ended up staying and had breakfast this morning reporting that not only was the food awful but there was lipstick on one of the water glasses and the silverware was dirty. We ended up leaving last night to go back to Massachusetts and didn’t even stay because it was so disgusting. Absolutely zero stars and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

On April 6, 2025, I hosted a birthday luncheon for my mother who turned 100. I met with Jennifer Noguera several times and voiced my concerns and goals for the party. She assured me that all my expectations would be met. Jennifer and her staff exceeded my expectations. The tables were beautifully decorated and the food and service were outstanding. Almost 2 months have passed, and my friends still call me to tell me what a fabulous celebration they attended at the Inn At Great Neck.
Jennifer, thank you again, for making a very special occasion one that my family and I will always remember.
My husband and I got married here in March and the service was impeccable. Jen and the whole team made sure we were taken cared of every single step of the way. The day of all was smooth and I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend this venue for all of your events, big or small - the best thing you can stay the night should you choose in one of their spacious rooms with a comfy bed and a soft robe so you feel right at home.
The location of The Inn is absolutely 5 stars! Just a five-minute walk to the train station, with great coffee shops and food spots nearby. The staff and valet were super kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. In that sense, the hotel really stands out.
But the room itself was pretty rough. The AC/heat didn’t work, though the hotel engineer was nice enough to bring us a standup fan. The bed only had a top sheet over a dirty bed pad—no bottom sheet. We were freezing as the comforter was super thin. The pillows were flat and lumpy. The shower curtain felt gross, and there were stains on the walls, including a big white one above the bed (yikes).
Maybe they’re remodeling as I could heard either hammers or really loud radiators all around us, but honestly our room felt old and neglected. We’d probably only stay here again for the location, which is a shame because the rest of the experience didn’t live up to that standard.
Food and drinks: We also ordered room service from Marco Polo, the restaurant below the hotel: neapolitan-style flatbread pizza and penne al romano. Both were quite bland.

Rooms were nice and clean. Service from staff was good. Only gripe was the bathroom. The shower and shower head was hopeless and the toilet seat was loose.

It's mainly the location. I'm not sure how it is rated 4 star. Not so clean rooms. Heating didn't work, so they had to put a space heater. TV remote didn't work.

Hotel is decent given the price. Location is excellent to explore NYC as there are 2 trains an hour to Manhattan from Great Neck station which is a couple of mins walk away. Loads of shops and amenities nearby. Rooms are a little dated with limited space, we found the bathroom needs upgrading. Breakfast is terrible, with limited choice. There is a free coffee stand which is nice. Valet team is exceptional although parking is expensive at $20 a night.

If you post that room service is available to order until 11:00pm if a customer orders before 11:00pm then would expect to honor your posted times. It you don’t want to accept room service order earlier than the posted times then you should revise all of your information to reflect what time you accept orders. As called prior to the 11:00
deadline and was told sorry our cook is cleaning and doesn’t want to cook anymore. Just be honest with your customers so all can plan accordingly. If you would have given an earlier deadline for ordering, I would have complied. But to state 11:00pm and then not honor orders before 11:00 is not professional.

This place is so charming, the team is soooo cool Rene and I believe the supervisor manager I didn’t get his name helped me with a crazy number of boxes I needed to take in and out of my room. Truly incredible staff.

I had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Great Neck. It was very cozy and very clean. The vibe was of course Roaring Twenties with a lot of references to the Golden Age via interior design, art work, and furniture. The location was also within walking distance to a CVS, HMart (a longer walk but nearby nonetheless), and lots of restaurants and boba places. I loved the location within the quiet and peaceful Great Neck Village but still close to NYC. I enjoyed my stay so much that I can’t wait to return.

We needed to stay overnight after a family wedding. The parking is not complimentary they charge $20 per night to park. The rooms are okay, very outdated. I didn't see any phone charging stations in the room. the beds were not very comfortable. The lobby had an area with complimentary coffee and water. The coffee urn was empty, and I had to ask several times for someone to refill it. The complimentary breakfast was hidden in the back. It should be more visible, or a better display of signage would be helpful.
