Worked here for a day. Great pay. But need to be paid that much because the state of the kitchen was let’s just say different. I gave three stars because the people were not horrible. But the place was not tidy at all , it was a shock. Maybe they get a lot of events and not enough people to help clean. I also got in “trouble” for turning the stove on because apparently it’s a kosher place so they had a rabbi there. But kosher in that state? Weird. I may be being nice with this rating. Because a few people came to work and then left before they started because it was bad. Maybe Covid has done it’s works on the place but still no excuse. People eat from here. Tidy up. Food had to be checked for freshness and yea it wasn’t a good experience. A bit uncomfortable.

An absolute perfectionist!The compliments that I received for the food at my wedding was an all around A+ from both my Jewish and non Jewish guests. Food was truly delicious - can not understate how many compliments we received about the meals served as well as the way food was presented.Beyond the food, I must add that the overall experience of planning this very difficult COVID type wedding with Moshe, the man in charge, gave me so much added value that I can not understate how above and beyond they came through.The food is absolutely delicious and professionally executed. Moshe with his team came to my venue and personally met my metre'd to figure out and plan best options for my ever changing Covid style outdoor wedding. We made so many changes, and by far Lederman was the one caterer I had absolutely no worries about. No issue with postponing, payments, modifying, etc...Moshe I must say is fun and kind, professional, and very fair with his prices. The best in the game, I highly recommend Lederman Cateres...thank you!

Incompetent and rude service. At an event tonight as our table was being served dinner, the lederman hostess served everyone at our table besides my wife and myself.I waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, now everyone was just about finished eating- i flagged down the manager to tell her we were never served and she just grabs someones meal off another table a gives it to me. How do i know it wasn’t touched? I saw the person get up to go dance and this manager takes his plate of food and gives it to me. Unbelievable
Very nice venue. Great foods. Great service. Top of the line event. Everything went smooth, and there were no "hiccups". There were no foods that ran out, and everything was refilled before fully emptied. All in all as perfect as could be expected.

If you ever have the opportunity to use Lederman caterers, Don’t. They are the absolute rudest people I have ever encountered. I am a photographer at parties every single night. What I saw of the manager literally physically abusing his workers all night long. Every time I turned around he was literally shoving his guys at tables yelling at them to move faster. It was the scene out of an abuse story. The caterer and waiters spent most of the time yelling at the guests And vendors. And the food really was not so good. Out of over a thousand weddings I have been part of I have never been so horrified by the scene of these guys acting. It will stay in my mind for a long time.
