It's a very good bobba tea place..
Asked for a tea with no sugar, gave me a tea with mixed in fruit syrup - went back and wouldn’t give me a replacement which is fine. But you should warn any customers asking for no sugar that the drink is gonna be insanely sweet anyway because of the syrup
Customer service is 0/10, the girl is very rude, the bobba was old
BEST BOBA ANYWHERE! I’ve been coming to Mr Wish Great Neck location for over 7 years now. The 3Q boba is especially delicious and their prices are reasonable. I love their tea so much - I wish more boba shops would do boba like them.
There’s a reason why Mr Wish has lasted so long in GN while other boba shops come and go — they’ve always been consistently good at what they do ❤️
I constantly come here almost everyday and I love the beverages and the staff!
My husband ordered a hot oolong milk tea with 30% sugar and it tastes like oolong milk tea with rice water. After I called to tell the store that it tastes like rice water instead of milk, they impatiently claimed that it is impossible. Therefore I went to to the store and asked the Mr. Impossible to try the rice water drink to proof that it was a drink that they messed up. Basically they yelled at me and said they've been making the tea for 10 years and it is impossible for them to messed up. Then they questioned if I have ever have a oolong milk tea before. They showed me the milk and even questioned if I've ever tried Lactaid. They even accusing my husband was watching them making the tea and poured the milk. Of course my husband didn't pay attention if they used the milk. They got so aggervated, raising volume, and non stop yelling at me (a paying customer who spent money and got a messed up beverage) I said why don't you try the drink since I brought it back as you claimed it was impossible to mess up the drink. At the end they angrily picked up a few bills from the cashier and slapped it on the counter and asked me to take the money. I said I didn't return for $6, I came for an apology. There was no apologies, only aggressive yelling at customer service, and never admit the drink was bad. I left telling them their service is horrible as I walked out the door hearing them calling me an evil customer. I should have got my refund since I only took one sip of the rice water oolong tea. I will not go back to the store.
Honestly the best and most authentic Taiwanese bubble tea I’ve ever had! The pearls are perfectly chewy and the tea actually tastes like real tea, not just sugar or milk. You can tell they use good ingredients. Their fruit teas are also amazing, super refreshing, not too sweet, and full of real fruit pieces. Def my go to spot whenever I’m craving boba.
Ordered a black tiger boba for delivery and it was just boba with milk. Waste of money.
the real ones know this is the go-to spot for boba!
Good place, but too many people. Go to the alternative ones in the neighborhood which are less crowded

Friendly staff, clear area and fresh fruits used. 👍👍
Absolutely delicious! I come here often, and I always get the pearl bubble milk tea with lychee jelly. The staff are amazing, and really nice! They even take pictures there for you, and put it on their wall! Super cute, and delicious, would definitely recommend!
Best bubble tea in GN. Actually using fresh fruit instead of flavorings.
The fruit sorbets and milk teas are amazing here, and the owners are so friendly and sweet. Found this gem while getting my lashes done across the street and now this is my new bubble tea spot.
I honestly can write an essay about this place as I’ve been a regular since it opened. The bubble tea is amazing of course (I haven’t found any place that I like nearly as much). The owners are some of my favorite people on the planet and are so warm and welcoming.
