Ralph's Famous Italian Ices Ice Cream

I went to Ralph's Famous Italian Ices and had a great experience. The selection was fantastic — tons of flavors to choose from, and everything looked fresh and well-stocked. The service was just as good — fast, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Recently stopped by this Ralph’s With my family after dinner. We had an absolute blast. The Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My son had a Great time. We will be coming here a lot!

I visited this Ralphs location last weekend when they opened for the season and it’s way different than the previous owners had it. They have every flavor and the soft serve machine actually works!! If you are looking for a sweet treat this season, you should definitely visit Ralphs of Great Neck! 10/10 !

I’ve been to many Ralph’s in my life but this one has to be the best. The employees answered all of our questions, the new owners were friendly and most importantly, the ice cream and ices were delicious. Will certainly return in the future.

Ralph’s is my go to ice cream and ices spot. Always has been and always will be. I’m pumped to hear there’s new ownership. I’m excited to see a new spin on their classics. Their customer service is great - no one moves through a long line on a warm summer night like Ralph’s. If for some reason you have not been there, please go.

I was able to meet the new owners - SO nice. Incredible customer service / clean storefront. The location is also right by a park! I brought my children to the park and then to Ralph’s for the perfect afternoon.

My experience with this place is amazing. I had a problem and the manager isacc was very helpful in correcting it. Would go again

The new ownership has really brought a great change to this place. You can tell they genuinely care, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
