We have eaten at Rothchild's many times. The food is consistently excellent and prices are typical for what they offer. Servers are always friendly, helpful and responsive. The bread that they provide free of charge (unusual nowadays) is delicious. We have had the beet salad, the Mediterranean salad, the cauliflower flatbreads as appetizers. All delicious. A hidden gem in Great Neck, Rothschild does not disappoint. It has such a pretty decor, both modern and cozy and the staff makes you feel right at home. The service is attentive but relaxed and the food is delicious. I enjoy myself every time I go.
Tuna burger . . . Excellent, huge and cooked to perfection with yummy sweet potato fries. Schnitzel . . . Large cutlet, good mashed potatoes. Waitress . . . Pleasant, fast and helpful. BTW, liked the liquid sweetener for my iced tea better than regular sugar.
