Usually order this as take out with my peers at the hospital during our shifts for lunch, since I live in the neighborhood figured I’ll go and order to pick up sushi and was completely ignored not even given the chance to order. It was a RACIAL thing for sure because someone else came to pay she took the money and continued to answer calls as if I wasn’t even in the location. I will NEVER order from this place again no matter how great the food is.

We wanted to try a different local sushi restaurant as we have our spots already, so we ordered take out from Soku, what a mistake! Smelled horrible when i walked in, followed by an extremely rude unwelcoming staff, I asked for spicy mayo and was given a dirty look and she dropped one little tiny container in my bag, when I got home and opened the bag, our order was extremely smelly and 6 tiny pieces with each roll. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

My go to place in Great Neck for night out or date night. Inside is very tastefully done, especially the private room, the servers are wonderful and helpful with suggestions. I love the drinks, I love the bento boxes and the sashimi is terrific. Try the salmon on the salt rock.

So we were long overdue to finally try this local restaurant. Glad we did; it is a fun place , comfortable with good music playing . We loved the General Tsao’s Shrimp , which was a very generous portion of nice sized shrimp . Often when you order shrimp , you receive a disappointing size and quality , but not here . Also the all day bento box option was ordered . A good value , and the Mongolian beef was good . Next time , we will likely try the Thai and Japanese influenced options . A great choice in Great Neck

This restaurant is in Great neck village and I'm not sure how long it's been there but it's probably been a while. I had a late lunch/early dinner meeting set up and the organizer chose this place. The service was insanely slow and strange as we sat at our booth upon arrival, and Noone came over for like 20 minutes to ask if we wanted a drink or anything! Was kind of bizarre as staff kept walking by our table...and we just sat there waiting patiently... Finally we said something and got some attention. The food itself was good. The decorative lattice between tables had layers of dust packed in the cutouts so that was kind of yucky.. The sushi guys were very nice.. Probably safe to say won't be going there again...

I LOVEEE THIS SPOT! The food is fresh each time. I always order their Chicken Pad Thai. If you have a chance, also try the Spicy Tuna Dumpling. Fire!!!!
The owner is a total idiot. Had a simple change to my order which he refused to do. Shashaku up the block is a lot better.

Every dish we got was amazing! The shrimp tempura is large and crunchy and the fish is always fresh. General Tso and crispy beef ????. Service was great and food comes out quickly even when they’re busy!
