I ordered a drink online roughly 30mins before I arrived at the drive thru . When I arrived around 12pm, I drove immediately up to the window to pick my drink up .

The server looked out the window and said ‘she cheated ! She cheated !’
He repeatedly said to me “you need to get back in the line , that’s not allowed “

I drove up and tried to politely explain that I ordered online and did not realize I had to wait in the line .

This man who took my order was rude and aggressive. Instead of politely saying , ‘ok next time please wait ,’ He was angry and aggressive towards me..

I am a very consistent Starbucks customer , nearly ordering from there 7 days a week.

I will not return to this location on Northern Boulevard- terrible customer service .

I stopped going in here because of a really obnoxiously rude employee (Suban) for months. This experience was so bad, that I actually stopped frequenting Starbucks at all- because it made me realize how expensive Starbucks really is.
I finally started going back in, because it is on my route to work, and it hasn’t been awful, but this past weekend (10/2/24) I made a mobile order well ahead of time. When I arrived ( 9 minutes after app said it was ready), I found out neither part of my food order had even been started. I could have understood this if they were busy and under pressure, but two of the four employees behind the counter were standing with their arms folded chatting, like there was nothing for them to do. I am grateful to the employee who came off her break graciously put my sandwich in the microwave when I asked her for help. I would have expected one of the other four to help me, especially when I asked one of the others had my order came through, and the response was that the coffee was coming, but still no effort was made to put on the sandwich. I don’t expect everything to be perfect all the time, but this was quite bad on this day, not to mention, the tables and floor weren’t that clean on this day either- so I was a little bewildered why some staff were acting like there was nothing to do.
All in all I got my order 15 minutes after app said it was ready, but considerably longer after I had originally place the order.
The weekday staff in contrast seem to be more in the ball- otherwise the review would have been worse.

i usually love coming here at my weekdays to get my coffee.
but twice i had this experience and have to write this review

around 8am (8/2)

i ordered a shaken iced expresso with hazelnut. light ice
the tall tan guy was the one who made it and this is the second time he never shook the expresso and gave me
more ice…
the cashier at the drive through was nice and cordial
told “i know it looks weird”

well yeah because it was never shaken
i let it be and asked for light ice and it just came milky after that. photo is my second batch.
i came back in and just asked for an ice coffee and oatmilk
the asian lady was sweet and said i had the wrong order when she saw how both of them looked (she saw the that was not shaken)i already knew that but just told her i rather have iced coffee and oatmilk just not to make it complicated
tall tan guy with black curly hair looked like he just didn’t care anymore so i was happy someone else did my drink instead of him.

this is sad
i enjoy the shaken expresso but i guess i won’t order it from where :/

I had the most worst experience at Starbucks yesterday. Exactly at 3:44pm, I ordered two drinks on my app. I was on a phone so I entered the store late to pick up my two drinks.
Upon entering, I saw the strawberry açaí ready and my double chocolate chip frappe not ready. I waited for about a good 5 minutes and no one asked me what I was waiting for. After 5 minutes passed, I waved one of the workers down to help me. I saw a drink in the mixer that appeared to be my double Choco frappe. I told the guy, hey I think that’s my drink. He poured into a cup and put whipping cream and handed to me.
Once I held it in my hand, I realized that it looks different from the app photo. It was missing chocolate syrup. I asked a lady who was working there to come and take a look at the photo of the Starbucks app of the drink and this one I was holding. She took the drink and poured chocolate syrup but instead of drizzling it, she squeezed too hard, making too much chocolate come out and therefore caused the drink to spill over. Her demeanor was very aggressive. Since the drink spilled over, she just took out a new cup and covered it and when she gave me the drink back, she slammed the drink on the counter. I was offended by her demeanor. You can feel the energy when someone is mad.
I was so upset that this point, I asked her for her name and she proceeded to rip out her name tag and went to the back.
Then the guy proceeded to come and ask me what is wrong and I explained the situation and he tried to alleviate the situation with a $4 gift card but I declined because it wasn’t about getting something free. All I wanted was her to apologize for her behavior. I work in the service industry for 20 years and I know this is terribly wrong and I want her to know.
Then a different lady came out and tried to help out with another $4 gift card but I ended up leaving because my son was alone in the car.

Before she ripped her name tag off, I believe I read the same of “Becky”.

Becky, if you are reading this, please just know that everyone has a rough day and can be stressed out but don’t take it out on the drinks and it’s customers. After your negativity, my afternoon was ruined. Did I ask you too much? Did I inconvenience you to make my drink like it’s suppose to be made?

I work near you, actually one block away. I’ve been to your Starbucks for 13 years. You were the rudest worker that I have ever encountered.

I hope you rethink if you should still be there.

Terrible service from the manager. Stop by at 7:45 pm to buy some lemomades drinks. Sat with a friend for two minutes. The manager came over to us in a disrespectful manner to kick us out from the premises.

I think this is the best Starbucks that I've ever been to. It is very large and had many tables. Both the food and the service were excellent! It's also very relaxing and I highly recommend it!

Not the greatest, sorry Starbucks. You’re lost in a larger world of bubble teas. Why doesn’t starbucks offer bubble tea?

Unfortunately on multiple occasions there is a very long delay on the drive thru line. Today 12/3 the employees were seen talking / joking and not especially focused as evidenced by the inaccuracy of orders and the afore mentioned delay. I called the manager on duty who was abrupt dismissive and stated they were very short staffed. Clearly he is athe role model to his employees Don’t waste time at this location. It’s worth the ride to go somewhere else

I used the drive through this morning at 9am. The gentleman at the window was so nice. I was a hot mess, lol. I left my purse in the backseat and had to get out of the car to get it. He kept my car door from bumping a pole when I opened the door. Then my wallet zipper was stuck. I couldn't win. Definitely not my best morning, but the gentleman at the window was kind and patient. And the coffee was terrific too.
