I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks today! The staff here are always super nice and friendly, and today was no exception. I came in hoping to get two strawberry cake pops, but they only had one left. I mentioned that I had only tried the strawberry flavor before, so I’d go ahead and try a chocolate one since I was already charged for two.
To my surprise, the barista went above and beyond—he slipped in two chocolate cake pops along with the single strawberry cake pop! It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and it absolutely made my day.
Not only is the coffee great here, but the customer service is truly top-notch. Thank you to the amazing team for the sweet treat and for always making customers feel welcome!

It’s incredible that not a single person knows how to say “thank you” or “hi.” I thought I was only one being treated this way. I stayed to see how they would treat other customers. They did not disappoint me with their aloof attitude towards that customer as well. I was there on 08/14. I was lucky enough to experience unlikely Starbucks experience.

This time the drink tastes weird. Seems it’s time to get off, the server is not in the mood to make drinks I just put it in the garbage 🙂

When I was telling the cashier my order he seemed really annoyed that I was making a order at this establishment. With each item I ordered the more annoyed he seemed. One of the items I ordered was missing an item.

I had a truly disappointing experience. I felt extremely dehydrated and desperately needed water, to the point where I felt like I was going to faint. However, Josh, the man taking my order, told me that I had to order something in order to get water. I did end up buying something, but to my surprise, he still charged me for the water. What made the situation even more frustrating was that less than 10 minutes later, a girl walked in and asked for water, and Josh casually gave it to her without forcing her to make a purchase. This inconsistency in treatment left a bad impression.
