I don’t understand why every time I order a venti size of hot coffee, when I open it, it’s missing about one-third of the cup. Is it because the foam disappears? I wonder if others have had the same experience as me.

They made the wrong drink. Had to come back and ask for it. Staff was very unfriendly and rude. Never ever coming to this branch. They should just not have a startbucks rather than ruining peoples days by wasting our time. Like if you don't want business then why are you guys open? Just tell us not to come in next time.

Staff needs to be retrained. Every time I order a drink it’s wrong and made horribly. Staff have a horrible attitude and this is by far the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. I added a picture of my breakfast sandwich ordered and what the inside looked like. This is unsafe to give to customers, please refrain or shut down this Starbucks.

My experience here was awesome ,good customers services and within a nice area
I was going to get something off the fall menu, but I had to pee first and found there was a code on the door. Made me so mad I didn't even order. This isn't Manhattan. It's freaking Long Island, guys. There is no need for a code on the door.?
I ordered a matcha latte/green tea latte with an extra scoop of green tea powder. As you can see on the label, it says 4 Matcha Tea powder. That extra scoop normally gives it a brighter green color, and the matcha latte I was given looked like it was a lighter shade of green and barely tasted like matcha (certainly did not have the extra strong matcha flavor that it normally has with 4 scoops). I politely asked the person who made my drink if there was an extra scoop of green tea powder just to double check. She shot me a rather obnoxious look as if she was annoyed that I even asked and said “I gave you the amount that you asked for.” I said “okay, so 4 scoops? Great, thank you” and I walked out of the store, even though I still had my doubts that it was the correct amount after taking a couple more sips.
I then went to the little neck Starbucks where I asked for the same exact drink. It looked and tasted completely different from the one I got at the great neck Starbucks as it was made *correctly*. You can even see the color difference between the two drinks in the photos, they are two completely different shades of green and the second one actually tasted like matcha.
So to the person who made me the pasty, bland matcha latte and obnoxiously told me to take a hike in so many words when I politely tried to confirm if it was the right amount- I wish you the best of luck in your career. You are going to need it :)

I just came to this location today as a uber eats driver and I don't know if it's because I'm black and he is racist or this employee was having a bad day so all you black and brown skin brother and sisters beware of this place. I asked for the uber he looks me dead in the face with a attitude and walks away. I came back after my delivery to inform the manager about her employee. He needs to check his attitude at the door or he will find himself out a job. I will not tolerate disrespect and being unprofessional.

The attention of this place is terrible. I said that I could not use dairy in my drink and her answer was, "we can't, we already make it" the person who took the order was willing to change the milk but the one who was preparing my drink was super rude.

I live in Bethpage and am a regular at Starbucks. I was visiting my daughter in Great Neck so I stopped by the closest Starbucks. I bought 4 Venti different assortment of drinks. Very slow as 8 employees standing around chatting while one person got my order. I always order the mango dragon fruit with lemonade refresher for myself and my younger daughter gets the strawberry acai with lemonade. Now, they should not be the same color and when I questioned why my drink has the color, I was informed it only comes with a small scope. I asked for extra berries and proceeded to pay for it but they didn't accept payment. Overall service is not what I expected because we have amazing service at Bethpage.
