I have never experienced such poor service from employees in my life. They 'kindly' prepared only three out of the coffees I ordered. Moreover, we encountered unfriendly faces, and they didn't even provide a receipt. I felt too embarrassed to ask for one because it seemed like it took her a lot of effort to bring me even that much. I handed her money , expecting change, but instead, when I ordered an extra coffee, she only brought one, and I ordered a latte. I am utterly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I request to speak to a manager because I am not willing to overlook this silently.

We have come to this location many times. Employees here are very kind and try to help even if sometimes they're on the newer side. We were helped today by a girl named Sam who was particularly memorable in providing great service (coming from my partner who is a former Starbucks supervisor)! Drinks are always good and reliable Starbucks quality. They also oblige and correctly fulfill my request for crazy amounts of java chips in my frappachinos because I love the sweet crunchiness. It is a very serious environment and when I wanted to get a holiday cup I was told rudely that I can't buy it . If something cannot be scanned until next day put a sign because Noone knows and everyone was trying to purchase it . U should display towards closing not in the

I'm absolutely in love with Starbucks right now and I can't get enough of the taste of the caramel crunch iced frap it is a delightful treat and a cold brew With whipped cream and caramel topping frozen to perfection and makes you coming back for more it has a creamy flavor and it has raised the bar for coffee and the tomato mozzarella sandwich on focaccia has totally made the score! It was by far the best breakfast I ever had and left me wanting more!
