We order all-you-can-eat, very fresh, and the portions were generous each time. The fried oysters were especially delicious. The environment was quiet, and the service was excellent. It feels different since the new boss came; I'll definitely come again.

Great service, amazing and sizeable food portions. They were able to deal with us 20+ High Schoolers!

I have been a longtime customer. In order to get great sushi, you have to go in person and request “fresh”, otherwise, they will give you leftovers from lunch. Yesterday, we came to make sushi order platter in person and while I was ordering food, the phone rang. The front desk guy placed me on pose and took priority on the phone call. When I told him that this is not how you treat customers, he said will you order or not, instead of apology. We left and took our business somewhere else. He lost $100 platter order vs. $20 chicken tariakki order that he got on the phone! He needs to learn customer focus, as a customer I won’t go there anymore. They are not only game in town. There are many wonderful sushi restaurants in Great Neck!

This place was alright. The water served was horrible. The food was gold though. I've had better AYCE food though.

We went on Saturday lunch time.
There was only 3 tables serving, but this servers was talking so loud ,we felt like they were arguing, besides the sushi chef was not wearing a mask while preparing our sushi and talking out loud.
His saliva was all over the sushi.
It was disgusting,
Service was terrible

Food was “ok” and price is decent for all-you-can-eat, all the sushi roll had crunch and it was not shown on the menu
The short hair waitress had terrible attitude and asked us to slow down the order when we just started. I thought this was all you can eat?!?!
The other waiter/waitress was ok
The wasabi wasn’t even wasabi it was bright green and looked like play-doh.

The food was okay, the sushi was plated fine but the mushroom soup was very hastily made. The service was horrendous. The waitress with short hair told us to slow down the ordering even though we had only ordered a few things. They weren’t that busy and still were unattentive to customers. We were trying to give the order for 10 minutes.

i was a bit scared to go to this restaurant bc the outside looks a bit shabby, but the sushi turned out pretty fresh/good BUT their customer service is bad. i did a all u can eat and they started to tell us to slow down and i just order doesn’t that defeat the point of a all u can eat?!?! if u can’t afford a “all u can eat” don’t give that option tf?!
