We haven't been in this place for years because although the food was decent, the service was horrible. Someone told us that the service improved so we decided to give it another try but we made a mistake because the service was still horrible. You gotta start listening to what your clients want!!

The place is semi dark and we have 4 adults and 2 kids age 4. There were flies and we asked them anything you can do about it. The waiter said it’s like that here.
After awhile they didn’t come back and we order food. She fish were ok but the rice were hard .
Everything we order food it takes so long . We asked for water and hot tea, the fried tempura were served and tea was not here . The waiter said we need to boil water. I’m like, you don’t have hot tea ready?

Great sushi buffet, since no one ever states the price expect to pay around 30 dollars per person. Please hire more staff. Food takes very long to come out that we would have to plan around coming here.
We would sit from 7:00 to 9:00 pm sometimes cutting it close to closing time with most of the time being taken up with waiting for our food to arrive.
It’s always the manager with the glasses and one maybe two waiters running around and being unable to help everyone and forgetting to refill water, or bring extra paper so we can order more. The cash register area is empty on busy nights too, so grubhub and people who ordered online would sit for a long time. Please have more staff on your busy nights.
