Disappointed in my Almond Milk Tea. The boba was extremely sweet but the tea itself was watery and tasteless at 100% sweetness. Went back and added almond flavoring (the service person said this is the sweetener?) and it still tastes watery. My wife got a regular bubble milk tea and said the same. Sugary boba and tasteless tea.
Service itself was nice enough. And the shop has lots of games.

though the service and atmosphere was pleasant, i was disappointed by the pearls since i often get them undercooked in my drinks. they end up being extremely hard but overall, tidal provides a wide selection of drinks plus other asian snacks!

The old cup and lid method, not fresh milk, the milk powder used has a mediocre taste. The interior decoration is dirty and not worth the price. They also forced me to give a 15% tip. I will not come here again.

Enjoyed the spicy Kani & spicy tuna ?Highly recommend the Winter Melon Tea. ? ? They have store front parking but it does get congested. Persevere because it is worth it ?

Great spot for bubble tea! Even if you’re not a fan of bubbles like me… I love their taro milk tea. They have other packaged snacks (chips, candy, marshmallows, pocky sticks, etc). Friendly service and the tea used in my milk tea wasn’t watered down even though I went 30 mins before closing.They also have board games for customers to enjoy and use.

My new favorite restaurant. We are a tea(Tradition) lover and always looking for a place that does not brew tea from the powder. Our favorite menu is, Roasted Oolong and Roasted Jasmine tea. Thai tea is also good. You can customize your sweetness. We always go with 50% half sweet and that is just right level since you can still taste the tea flavor. The other slushy menu such as Strawberry and Oreo coco are also good. I wish they have a small size for kids. Their Riceball is also good.
