One just opened in Smithtown and we've already been there twice this week. Today my husband brought me a donut and it was so amazing. I had brought him some cake a few days ago. Can't wait to try the bread.

The latte tasted funny. I had a sip and told them to check the milk. The Asian manager ignored me when I asked for an exchange for a different drink. Make sure to check your dairy drink if you're ordering one from here.

I've been coming here since it opened, in great neck neighbors open Korean bakery called Tous les jours and this location bakery store is not good quality of service and drinks compare to any other tous les jours in other locations.and every time I come, I've been disappointed because the bread is dry, but I've never said anything. Today, I had a child studying next door, so why not I ordered cold vanilla latte and hot cappuccino.but it came out lukewarm for cappuccino and I was disappointed because of something is very creamy and unusual taste though because of not hot enough.Again I like the vanilla latte cold, so I ordered it iced, but it seemed to taste bad, so I couldn't drink it, can't able to drinkable and it wasn't the taste I was used to. When I asked if I could just exchange the vanilla latte for regular coffee, and dont need worry about less price for the coffee if can switch to coffee once I already paid.the Chinese woman said I had to pay and buy it again and didn't care about the bad vanila latteShe said they couldn't change it unless i need to pay for the black coffee so I had no choice but to throw it away. It seems like only for money and dont care about after you paid items good or bad. This is my first experience with a place where I received service that said they didn't know how to say sorry or served bad quality drinks and asking for me to pay for the new order if i want to instead of saying anything for after selling a vanilla latte that tasted bad.service especially coffee with dairy products and crusty bread is they need to improveThis is my first time writing a review like this for better food quality and service for the futures

Contacted 2 locations earlier today to find Confetti or Mango Cloud cake for my partner's birthday celebration. Charlotte/Southend location had Mango, but phone rep could not take payment over the phone to hold cake since she was "told she could not do that." Instead, I was told to call again before leaving for the store to make sure cake was still available. I did just that a few hours later & this time was told they had one Mango cake THAT WAS ON HOLD so I could not buy it. Upon explaining I was told earlier that phone payment to hold cakes was not permitted, this phone rep "didn't know anything about that" & said "there was nothing she could do." I therefore did not get any birthday cake from Tous Les Jours today & will not buy one any day...I am absolutely unwilling to pay $50 for a mediocre cake that I could get at any bakery, with dismal service that I could get at any Wal*Mart.

I'm really happy to see a Paris Baguette-esque bakery in Great Neck and a coffee alternative to overpriced Starbucks. Their coffee is very good and their pastries and bread are excellent. I got some milk bread and it was delicious.

It’s like Paris baguette but worse. Food isn’t fresh like advertised, it’s pre packed. You could be standing in a shoe store for all your nose knows. Sunday morning at 10am my donut was at least a day old. And they only had once choice of donut. The savory food looked old and dry. Fast food “bakery.”

I would say this is the best latte in Great Neck. I come almost every morning for the my shot of vanilla iced latte and it's always consistent. Love their 3 pancakes for breakfast meal too.

They charged extra money just to put in a bag. Do not recommend, as they nickel and dime, not worth the money.

Great variety of bakery items but quite pricey. Some baked goods are very oily. Best to consume within a day or so after purchase.

What a cute little bakery! Reminds me of Paris Baguette. Smaller though, but similar baked goods. The only difference was this ube latte, i really loved it, I know its just milk and probably ube syrup but it was so so good. I made the mistake of adding espresso to it so it didnt taste like ube anymore lol its very lightly ube, but you can still taste it. Service was good, not many people were there, it was early. It is right by work so i love giving myself a little treat every now and then. Would definitely be back to try the other stuff.
