I’m a regular customer….multiple visits/week and generally have little complaint about service, speed or quality of food. Over the last month however whenever I order a Cappuccino I’m told the steamer is down. This has been at least six times in three weeks. If the machine is that unreliable I would think it’s time for a replacement or a back up. Staff wasn’t responsive at all. Shame but at least Tim’s is close.
