This is by far my favorite spot! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I’m having fun trying new things on the menu and I’ve never had anything I didn’t absolutely love. So far my favorites have been the octopus (I know it may sound intimidating, but just try it-you won’t regret it!), the lobster Mac, French onion au gratin, and the mushroom dip! Everything down to the side salads are made to perfection and everything is PACKED with flavor that leaves you wanting more. I look forward to my martini on Friday’s after a long week at work. My go-to has always been a Dirty martini, but I’ve turned to Espresso martinis because Alex is the BEST and it hits every time! I cannot recommend this place enough, and I am very excited to relax on the beautiful outdoor patio when the weather gets better!
Food, service and cocktails all superb!

I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was delightful and had some of the best prepared food I’ve had in quite some time. Food variety was excellent so there is something for everyone. Next time you are in Greene, NY it is a must visit.

This menu variety sets itself apart from other restaurants. Quality service, quality food and drink, and quality atmosphere. Tapas offerings as well.

We did not expect the food to be so bad judging from the reviews and pictures. We are so disappointed. The entire plate of scallop appetizer is one scallop cut into 4 pieces and wrap in tiny pieces of bacon. The lobster bisque is so peppery that you can't even taste anything else in it. Seasoning is way off on the steak and shrimp pasta and mushroom risotto and french onion soup. The large amount of blue cheese in the pasta is so overpowering to the point where I feel like I was just eating blue cheese dressing. It seems like the chef is very confused about seasoning. We barely ate and walked out with a $87 bill plus tips and empty stomachs.
*waitress was wonderful and sweet*

Horrible.. don’t go here. My sister and I were discriminated against based on our religion. We decided to stop by and check out the place for dine in. The lady locks the door in front of our faces and watches us.
The duck was delicious.

Restaurantji Recommends
One of the finest restaurants we’ve been to in Central New York. Located in a beautifully restored building in historic downtown Greene, Patocka's is a true gem. The service was excellent. Food was stellar. We enjoyed the scallops, the wild local mushroom dip, burger and soup special. Amazing. We especially loved the truffled honey dip with the sweet potato fries! Worth the drive from Binghamton or Ithaca. Highly recommend.

Pork chop served med well/well when requested med. asked for replacement and never received 40 mins later. Not a lot of urgency to make it right. Steak and shrimp pasta served with 3 tiny pieces of steak. Trying to be upscale but need some work…
