Foo Chow Restaurant is a very cheap, quick and easy take out place to go to in Chenango County. Although, I don't feel their prices are accurate because the last two times I went there I had gotten 3 combos and it came to $21, and then I got Sesame Chicken, and Beef & Broccoli and it came to $23. But, the staff is very friendly and are so sweet! I definitely recommend that as your "go-to" Chinese Take-Out.
Excellent service and the lady that owns the restaurant is a very good mother both of us sat there while she escorted all 3 of her children across the street. Will definitely be back. When we are in the Area

Best Chinese takeout around by far. The owner can remember everything. I'm sure she's knows my order before I even call. Everything is made exactly how you order it. I hope they are around for a long time
