“Foo Chow Restaurant is a very cheap, quick and easy take out place to go to in Chenango County. Although, I don't feel their prices are accurate because the last two times I went there I had gotten 3 combos and it came to $21, and then I got Sesame Chicken, and Beef & Broccoli and it came to $23. But, the staff is very friendly and are so sweet! I definitely recommend that as your "go-to" Chinese Take-Out.“
