“Our favorite Chinese restaurant closed, so we searched for another that delivers. We tried several others, but no good. I judge the restaurant by their Hot & Sour Soup. If that's not good, chances are nothing is. We then tried New Century. We've already ordered from them a few times.. In our opinion, we give New Century 10 out of 10 Stars! Everything we've ordered is EXCELLENT, including the soup! 😉“

I got the General Tsos chicken and it was delicious, perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a generous serving. My wife ordered the crab Rangoon and spare ribs and both were excellent, crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything tasted hot, fresh, and made with care.

If you want great food, great prices, and genuinely good people running the place, New Panda is a place worth trying. Highly recommend!“

I can’t say enough good things about China Star Restaurant on Pennsylvania Avenue in Binghamton! Their dinner special is an absolute steal generous portions, fresh ingredients, and flavors that hit all the right spots. “I came her to pickup a takeout order. We had chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and a shrimp egg roll. The people were nice, the place looks cleaner than most others. I preferred the taste of the sweet and sour chicken but both meals were good and tasted fresh. The shrimp egg rolls are thin, I have a photo showing it next to a duck sauce packet for reference. I’d come again but I’d need to get two shrimp egg rolls. Also, if you come for pickup, you’ll need to grab your own fortune cookie along with the sauce packets/utensils. I’m so used to my Robinson St. spot packing it for me, I got spoiled. Still, it is right there for customers to grab from the counter.“

Nina is such a sweet woman. It's always a joy coming in and having a meal being served with so much love, warmth and excitement. The place is ALWAYS clean when we come.
On that note for a Chinese restaurant to make a viet dish yeah its bangin i can say one of the best if not the best taste in town for pho!

“I used to eat here a lot while I was living in Binghamton for my education at Binghamton University. I really lived their fried rice with some spice. I used to pay 2 dollars and some change for one serving. It was mainly a take out restaurant but I must say there are lots of great memories with this place. I visited this restaurant recently and I must say that it is not the same taste as it used to be few years back. Non the less it is a nice place to have a quick bite as food preparation time is not much :)“

“My wife got the General Tso’s chicken and I ordered the pepper steak with onions. Both were excellent. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the whole place has a comfortable, welcoming feel. They even have a fish tank up front, which is a nice touch and gives you something relaxing to look at while you wait. Overall, great experience and great food. We have ordered here many times and have never been disappointed!“

“I went here years ago and it was not good. I rediscovered them recently when we ordered delivery. The others one was on Pennsylvania Ave Binghamton. This was superior to that and I would recommend trying it again if you weren’t impressed before you will be now.“

“Boneless ribs were ok, Pork fried rice not greasy but not particularly tasty. The Wonton Soup, however, excellent. Not your typical dive Chinese restaurant soup. The broth taste likes it was made from scratch. I would imagine the other soups are good too so I recommend the place for maybe an egg roll and soup.“

“They have great food here! We regularly order sushi & hibachi dinners. Our favorite roll is the Dragon Roll. They have a great COVID friendly set-up. We wish they would have special sushi rolls occasionally and maybe list it here on Facebook. We would love that!“
