As being under new management, I think from the people that own the new century.But the food still taste the sameShrimp with black bean sauce is my go to and delish. Now I see they put a spin to it as adding 2 Vietnamese dishes 1. Pho & 2. This is a new owner. They keep the same menu, price but the portion is slightly less from the previous owner. I like authentic Chinese food. I went there when the previous owner owned 2-3 times weekly. The new owner can cook well but I only went back once. I need to try as many as I can but the portion isn't attractive to me to go back as often as I could !.

Let me start with wishing Ming and Kim the very best and reporting that I am willing to give the new owners a chance. Except, I love my favorites. Great news, the recipe for Crispy Shrimp with black bean sauce has been shared (item #14 on the Chinese Traditon[sic] Food portion of the menu). Regrettably Crispy Chicken w black pepper and sesame oil (same part of the menu #37) still needs tweaking. No more oranges. Interior is unchanged.
