very nice experience! we were a group of 8 who had a reservation for 4 pm but were early in Greenport so we decided to see if they could accomodate us earlier. And they did! thing that stood out was the great service! Our server Nicole was very upbeat, friendly and efficient. So were the others, the hostess, etc. who made it seem they were happy to work there. Food was OK and we were a bit disappointed because the band that was supposed to play canceled so there was no live music. But the service made it a very gratifying experience. looking forward to next time.

The steamers were awful. Extremely fishy. The hamburger tasted like a mouth full of salt. The fried onion dings were delicious. My husband did enjoy his lobster roll. Ambiance felt like we were in a giant hall.

Inattentive service, semi clean table, very cheap bad extremely overpriced food. Public parking was convenient. Not one happy looking staff member seen. As a night spot it must be great but for anything else it’s a definite pass.

The only phone number available is to the other restaurant you have which is no longer open. We came expecting a normal dinner menu, which is what you have on the website, but all you had was mostly sandwiches.

I booked 10 people for drinks and dinner-4:00 pm. Hostess very nice received confirmation texts. Waiter excellent. He seemed busy at different tables but gave us good attention. The food was horrible. Fish tacos cold and tasteless. No spice. No salt and pepper on table. Fried calamari was over fried and cold. Dipping sauce bland. Music plays so loud that one guest had to leave. We could not talk. Even loud voices could nearly be heard. When the loud music stopped, the acoustics were so bad we still couldn't hear. Unfortunately, I would not recommend. Maybe if you like loud bar experience it would appeal to you.

generally a poor experience overall—food was cold and flavorless. unfortunately wouldn't recommend, the experience was overall disappointing for what we were expecting.

The clam chatter taste like you're eating the ocean almost like a clear broth chowder compared to a New England clam chowder. Overall, no one‘s food was very good and the bloody Mary's tasted like cocktail sauce. There were six of us and we arrived at opening and they were like shocked to see guests. It was a really strange vibe, and our waiter was fantastic, but some of the other wait staff was really peculiar walking by our table, so close and just staring at us bizarre. This ended up being our most expensive dining in Greenport in the surrounding towns and it was definitely not worth it. It was $55 a person and most of us didn't even order seafood, besides the clam chowder and there were only three cocktails ordered.

Having been here many times, I was extremely disappointed in our dinner last night. Completely overpriced, lobster dishes, and my fish was cold and overdone. Thewait staff could not have been nicer, but it did not make funny up for the lack of quality of the food. I won't go back.

It's been a few years since we have been here. Clam chowder, calamari and mahi mahi Caesar wrap were tasty...but pretty standard fare. We were there over Labor Day weekend...good crowd not too rowdy. Like the new decor.

Food was not good both mine and my husband’s fish meals dried out terribly. Would not go back again. Atmosphere and view was great.

The drinks are way over priced. The food was awful. No clams in the fried clams. Was not a Smashburger at all and asked for no onion which was indeed on the burger. Linguini with clam sauce was edible however I did not receive a spoon to eat it with until I was almost done and the server was annoyed. After talking to many people the census seems to be it’s not what it used to be.

Great spot in Greenport. Food and service was great. New-look dining area is very well-done. Tyler and staff were awesome!

Horrible Manager of the New One at Atlantis. Ripping off Guests. Run dont stop. For a great Bahamian experience go to Graycliff Mansion

Had a marvelous interaction with Jeannie the GM at Claudio’s Properties in Greenport. It was such nice to understand that the peri is going to maintain its classic Claudio’s name and character. There will be a new bar, but the original restaurant and the waterfront pier will stay the same!

We were in Greenport for the day, asked people for a recommendation and this was the place. When we got there, or seemed like an excellent choice. Beautiful location on the water. It only went downhill from there. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Were never told they were behind, backed up, or short staffed. They didn't check in on us at all during the 45 minutes. We flagged two different servers down during the wait- each one said they would check on our order and neither came back with an update. When we finally got our food, it was over cooked, the fries were cold, and the sandwiches were just mediocre. We talked about just leaving after about 30 minutes and should have. The worst restaurant experience we have had an years. We tried to leave a review on Google but it said reviews were shut down. I can see why. So yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Other than the location, I can't think of anything positive to say about this place.
