Horrible Manager of the New One at Atlantis. Ripping off Guests. Run dont stop. For a great Bahamian experience go to Graycliff Mansion
Food was terrible. We were shocked at how bad the food was. We have been here in the summer and it was much better.
We had a lovely NYE/wedding anniversary dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you for a nice experience.
Excellent service. Delicious food. Cozy vibe on a winter's nice. A true French restaurant.
Christmas Eve dinner we were greeted by Emily. She was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. Our server Valerie Was delightful and professional. She recommended the duck special and it was delicious. Very enjoyable Christmas Eve!
Taylor was a wonderful server and my daughter and her friends had a wonderful celebration! The host and bartender extremely friendly and hospitable. Chill atmosphere with great playlist.
Brett our waiter was outstanding He even remembered all four of our names when taking our order You should've asked for him as your waiter if you go to Claudio's
Are you KIDDING me ? Went there Thanksgiving night, absolutely NOWHERE on their websites or on open table did they state it was buffet only. I double checked. So you're charging me $100 per person for cold buffet food ??? Must be kidding me. Will never again eat here out of principle. This kind of nonsense isn't even pulled in wealthy Manhattan. The biggest scam in the history of the United States since Watergate and the worst dining experience I have ever had
We went for a date night. The food was so delicious! The service and atmosphere are amazing. We will definitely be back. This was our first time not there in the Summer, it was so cozy and intimate.
Clam chowder was great. Lobster pot pie (3 received) had a hard (what they called puff pastry) on top but it was as bad as Hartack! Beware of the parking out front. Our hosts told us the $5 parking fee was free if you eat there. Not true as we found out we each got an $88 ticket. If you don't have a phone you won't be able to pay the fee because there's only a QR Code to send you to their parking app. BTW, I spoke with Claudio's manager and he said they would have given us 50% off the parking fee if we had asked (how about a warning to be sure to pay for parking because it's highway robbery in fines!) Kind of leaves a sour taste in our mouths and not from the food!

We waited an extremely long time for our food. When it arrived the order was incorrect. The service was not good. Had to flag down waiter for drinks and status.
We had a 7pm dinner reservation on Saturday night. Both fish entrees were not available that was a big disappointment. This is not the busy season in Greenport. Our waitress, Mara, was very sweet. The manager never came over to our table to apologize or offer an explanation.... Clearly they are lacking in hospitality.
The food is mediocre. They are living off the location near the water. Understaffed and not particularly friendly staff. entree options limited and below average. I won't go there again
I've been to Claudio's several times, and this was by far not the best meal. The lobster roll was dry, and served on a bun with nothing else. We had to ask for butter, The diver scallops were also over cooked, the burrata was okay. Clam Chowder was excellent as was our dessert. For the price we paid, felt a bit disappointed after the meal.
True tourist trap. We started with the BURRATA -$21- Heirloom Tomatoes, Basil Pesto, Grilled Bread - Best part of the meal, but even this was fair. The tomatoes were not quite ripe, a fair burrata and the pesto was OK. I ordered the CLAMS AND LINGUINE - $33 - White Wine, Garlic, Oregano - A pretty boring rendition. Five whole clams and a bunch of chopped pieces plus a lot of garlic and some parsley. Nothing memorable. My wife ordered the HOT LOBSTER ROLL - $45 - the roll was overcooked lobster claw meat. Fries were better. Service was very good. It overlooks the parking lot and the marina. Not too busy and that is always a clue.
