“Great meal last night wit PAWPAW at the Lin Beach House. The intimate setting and stellar service can’t be beat. The food never ceases to surprise me. I always try something new, that I never thought I would eat, and end up loving. Last night the Eel hush puppies blew me away! Can’t wait to come back again!”

“Old school diner vibe. Spotless. Nice to drink out of glass instead of plastics like many restaurants there days.
Had traditional fish and chips but swapped out the fries for a salad. All great quality. Fish was fresh and greens simple but tasty. Husband tried the oyster soup and for him to say it was satisfying raised my eyebrow. Heard the desserts are great but too full to try. Don’t skip this gem.”

“We visited the Pearl for an early dinner last Sunday. We had an unbelievably terrific meal! It was a great menu too. The appetizers were amazing! Everything at the Pearl is made from scratch & the presentation of each dish was beautiful! My favorite appetizers were the Burratta and the Shrimp Saam. I had the meatballs which had to be the best I’ve ever had. My Grandson had the ribs which fell off the bone & melted in your mouth. Everyone was very pleased with their choice. The staff were so nice & the chef Jessica amazing! She took the time to come out & talk to us and make sure we were satisfied. It is obvious that she loves what she does & takes great pride in her meals. The Pearl is our new go to restaurant in Greenport. We can’t wait to go back!!”

“Hands down, Pips is a gem in Greenport! 🤩 Their chicken soup is TO DIE FOR - incredible flavor that'll warm your soul. But don't stop there - their croissants (chocolate AND ham & cheese) are game-changers. Seriously, everything on the menu is a winner. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and go! Can't recommend it enough!!”

“Me and my friend were craving pizza so we decided to hit up 1943 pizza. Right off the bat the atmosphere was really nice, it’s a cozy little place and you can see the people making the pizza in front of your own eyes which I thought was pretty marvelous. The first thing I ordered was olives, and when I tell you these olives were immaculate I mean it. PERFECT. Next we ordered a pizza and me and my friend were having a tough time picking out pizza so we asked our sever, whose name is James, to make whatever pizza that he thinks he thinks we like and holy mackerel. I think James got temporary pizza making powers God because that pizza was sensational. Overall the service was top tier. Katy the manager was so so nice and welcoming and Griffin, he’s just a great dude with great hair, and a hardworking dude at that. To sum it up my experience at 1943 transcends all other pizza places I’ve ever been to. Great staff great food and overall a great place. 10/10 would recommend.”

“We spent our anniversary here and had a great experience. It’s a beautiful space with a gorgeous outside patio. Alejandro made sure to make us feel special and welcomed for the duration of our stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from anything you need and a 20 minute walk to 57 steps beach. We would definitely stay here again!”

“A sweet small restaurant with wonderful well prepared home style delicious Salvadoran food. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp with rice, beans and small salad. Very affordable for this area.”

“This is a must on a clear evening ?. Just to level-set expectations --it is a beach on the Northfork. That said, wear shoes that you can wear comfortably to walk on sand and rocks. You will be sitting in an Adirondack chair. There are Fire ? pits. I always leave smelling like smoke. There is a place where you can order food and drinks in the far corner. The selection is limited. You are on the beach. You will walk down a bit of a decline. Your food will arrive in a brownbag with all disposable stuff. You can order canned cocktails. You can order a s'mores kit. This is absolutely a gem ? of a space. You are looking at the long island sound and watching the sunset. I ordered a hot dog. It was extra delicious because of the view. I ordered a canned cocktail. It was extra sweet because of the view. I roasted marshmallows around a pit with strangers that were as excited as I was about this space. Grab a friend or friends and go have some lite fare and cocktails and roast marshmallows while watching such an amazing sunset. You can stay after the sunset. You will not feel rushed. You will most likely meet another friendly person just taking the time to relax and enjoy what nature gives. This happens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Music ? on Saturday and Sunday. I go often. It's a favorite spot of mine ?.”

“We were in Greenport for Mother’s Day, and stumbled in here. The smell from outside was amazing. We ordered the half Brisket, Ribs and sausage with large fries, I was worried the food would be drenched in BBQ sauce, this was not the case. We were grateful the food was seasoned and sauced perfectly. The fries for us were crispy, some would say over done but perfect for us. We liked the atmosphere, service initially was a little slow but it was Mom’s Day. Oh two last things, if you order the sausage it is very hot, good but spicy hot so be prepared. Portions were decent, two of us ate from what we ordered and had a box to come home with.”

“We had a great experience here. It had been a long time since our last visit, but we’re so glad we stopped in. Enjoying a quick bite on the dock with the kids made for a wonderful atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Vincent, our server, was polite, efficient, and very helpful throughout our meal. The assistant general manager, Michael, even stopped by to check on us, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a fantastic visit. So happy we chose to dine at Claudio’s!”
